Fixes?
Shouldn't this section have a post about this morning's update?
Specifically, I'd like to know if mission bugs have been fixed?
-
yes it should have a post about this update. So far I am still wondering what exactly those 120mb i downloaded where... can't see any changes on the planet. I've heard prison got some better textures that might be all of it if they are in good quality.

I was briefly at the prison before going to work this morning.
The main room is as far as I went, but it has new tables and exercise equipment in the main room now. 2-3 cafeteria type tables, a punching bag, and some wights that I saw.
Also I noticed that my rocktropia blueprints all have the (L) blueprint (L) label on them now, even the creative juice which I would have thought should only have one (L).
I haven't checked if the books are available in the tech again or not yet.

It appears that the televators in Club Neverdis in City of Dreams have shifted up one floor.

What a load of crap!
The only fix in the missions is the Community Service mission (Petty Crimes officer) gave me the mission (kill 100 zombies). Big fucking deal as he does not react when I try to finalize it.
Shit still not working:
- Antonio at Kasha still says I am busy and will not give me the commit a crime mission.
- Trying to use Teleports to go to the prison gives an internal error message.
- Mike the Phone guy at CoD says he doesn't deal with low lifes.
- National Guard guy at BAMF.HQ ignores me.
I am about to TT all the Craptopia stuff and leave this planet forever.

I submitted case #189631 to ROCKTropia support on 2011-05-05 16:12 (UTC) and as I write this it is STILL only in the SUBMITTED state... In other words, NO ONE HAS EVEN LOOKED AT THE TICKET YET.
Good luck... I think you'll need it if you keep running your planet this way.

So you submitted on Thursday, and it was late. So that leaves more or less one working day, Friday. During Friday a very big amount of accounts got locked down and are under investigation. I think they are very busy handling all new support cases that emerged during Friday.
Also you should know that it is most likely the same staff handling all planet support atm, at least I and others have gotten responses previously from the same staff independent of which planets support you contact. So hang in there at least a week before they get back to you.

Every support case I have filed in the last five years has at the very least been assigned to someone within 24 hours.
The only other Rocktropia specific support case I filed was after the initial mission "crisis" and all I wanted to know is if it was normal for missions to be repeatable. The case only got acted upon by after I complained about it in these forums -- and all they did was give the standard "passing it along to developers, watch news updates for any information". That's when I posted here and finally got an answer from Neverdie.
BTW, since you are making excuses for the support personnel, you forgot to mention they are located in Mexico (Playa del Carmen to be precise, great place to vacation) and they were partying all week for Cinco de Mayo so couldn't get any real work done. (don't take too seriously either)

Reason: cinco de mayo
