    Default SoulShaker Spawn!

    I cannot find a good spawn spot of soulshaker to finish my police academy mission. Any help?

    I used to hunt them at studio street tp ( old COD club). If not there head back up the road to COD and then follow the road to Mulholland drive tp down to COD. Also they are mixed up with the other humanoids. I hope that helps
