So... I couldn't sleep tonight and decided to fly around Rocktropia to see the sights...

I don't read the forums much so to my shock I ran across a large petting zoo for:

Atrox
Ambul
Sumina
Argos

my question to this... when the fudge did this happen? VU 2.0? whatever? Very Jurrasic Park action going on with the atrox anyways.

I have heard of a few calypso mobs on Rocktropia but this is a bit strange. I think I prefer the petting zoo area over the random drones mixed in with zombies on the upper east side. That just makes no damn sense at all.

It kind of takes away from the unique planet critters...

anyways just wondering if I am the last dull marble to find the petting zoo.

Oh I also read that Leviathans I are on Rocktropia? anyone know where?

I have also found Oculus North West of Vamps TP near the island edge mixed in with the Joplin Dragons following the shore line going north.

where is the atrox?

Atrox mobs are indigenous to all of Entropia Universe.
We are farming them for dragon food.
Look out for the farmer John missions coming in the future.
I dont think Leviathan's are though

Hey! that clears up a few things. thanks for the reply. Is there a set of mobs that are indigenous to the Entropia Universe? I think sometimes the lines get a bit blurred and your information here is very helpful. I really do like the large petting zoo/jurrasic park thing and the rest of rocktropia is just rocktropia critters.

Look at a map of rocktropia. Look at the TPs:

White Line Depo
Skull Creek
Stadium Parking

The circle of land between those three tps. If you look at the ingame map you will see some large rectangles and those are the buildings inside the jurassic park fence area that you will find the creatures I mentioned before. The lower ones close to the standium parking have the atrox. The middle ones are kind of hard to see and have the argos and the north west ones have the ambu and sumina.

I know that was probably about as clear as mud but I don't have a way to take a screen shot and circle them on the map. I will see if I can do that later.

quick question on this... since I don't see the missions from Calypso while on Rocktropia does the Iron challenge missions get updated from the kills on Rocktropia? Thanks again!

I think it would have been totally sweet to incorporate some story into how the critters got onto Rocktropia.

kind of like: the creatures in the fences could be imported wildlife to another country. the other critters in the wild can be like someone was careless transporting creatures and they accidentially escaped. I think this would have been more a rich story to the scenario.

Couple of mobs you haven't mentioned are also on Rocktropia. Daikiba, Malcruentors, and Itumatrox.

As more missions and story are added we can give more info on the farm animals... And why we imported them to feed the dragons for sure...
I enjoy the farm lands, since we don't have much livestock of our own.. Yet also it's good to have some ties to the history of the universe.
