Actually at Hunt the thing - thats what I had looking for to give the game a fair chance - got everthing i need so far.

The thing I notice with Entropia is that a newbie's experience is often tainted by a minority. Often the places where newbies first step foot on is crowded with 'elitists' that try to demean others for no reason, wearing a set of pixies and acting a class above the rest. I also had such experiences when I first started and having a good society is what really matters especially when you're starting out.

Find a good society that offers you help and advice. It can be a long process to find one but usually you will stay in the society till the end. Also there is a mentor system in place, find a good mentor that helps rather than one that just wants the item from your graduation.
