What is a favicon?

Not all of the entries seem to be followign the same rules. Perhaps it would have been better to eliminate those that don't follow the rules?

Splitting over two posts does no favours to the ones on the second post as some people will not have seen them. So perhaps would have been better to have 2 rounds in first round instead of voting for one you vote for a group.
