Those of you who are active at Club NEVERDIE who run businesses or who participate in Events or simply hang out. You all have extensive first hand experience of the nature of CND.

You understand the business model. You know that the primary revenues are generated from hunting and Mining taxes, you know that additonal revenue is generated from the the sale of shops and apartments. You know now first hand the strength of the market for Shops and Apartments at CND. You know the effort that we all put into creating events to make CND a fun places to be. Above all you know that CND is a legitimate business model, that exists on smaller scales all over Calypso with Land Areas etc. You have not seen my Figures, but you can estimate how many people are in the domes at any given time and you know how much you turn over in an hour therefore you can estimate the potential tax revenue give or take a bit.

Also for traders, shopkeepers or Amp Crafters your revenues are tied very closely to the traffic at CND so it's easy for you to know if their is activity...

based on all that knowledge and first hand experience you can evaluate weather $100,000 USD for CND was a bargain.

whats interesting is he mentioned the nobel stuff 5 days before MA has said anything. The blog is the first mention of the Nobel Prize party i've found. So how does he have this info FIRST?!?

Lol, you know I would buy it for a 100k if i had it and yes id very much pay more at this current time. 100k for this property, I believe, was a good deal. If I had the money on me I wouldn't think twice. I would just own it lol.

Just look at what you can do, event wise, and look at how much media coverage its getting. All around good for the game, for cnd, and gamers in all platforms.

Aiy, if I had the time, money and dedication, I'd buy it, no questions asked.

Just too bad he can't see the good side of EU and CND...kinda get his clue of who he routing for by the numerous mass ads of another MMO.

And by the sound of it, he spent little (if any) time actually playing the game. And compared to the 'other' MMO, EU is heck of alot funnier.

I have to say that Jon Is doing a Brilliant job with the resort, I think he can use some of the Expirience he has already ganed from the Virtual Universe to help with Items but has also MASSIVLEY developed new skills in the past year of business.

It is also good that he is a member of one of the Society's that everyone in EU most looks up to - Not only are the whole Soc from members I have meat VERY well skilled & EXTREAME Toys they still help out people DAILY and help out if they can
