Some issues regarding marketing affiliate Land areas have arisen

As a result ROCKtropia has reclaimed the LA's that were under the management of DA for the respective artists and record labels.

We will be looking into the Dealings of DA manager.

DA have never had any inside info regarding loots or BP's, so nothing including the scanner issue stemmed from any security breach. They have just been very active on the planet.

To be brief, the Point of DA was to manage fans and land areas for artists or labels who were driving traffic to ROCKtropia. NDS involvement with them has been at arms length except in relation to dealings with bands or labels or setting up the areas.


ALL Land Area deeds were retained by ROCKtropia manager. Market Stall Deeds due to the functionality of the Stalls were on loan to DA manager for management purposes.

I was one of the players directly effected by the deeds / Digital Manager

I was in possesion of stall # 2 for a few days.

I have then traded with him digging myself in even deeper trying to dig myself out realizing that other people where in the same boat with him lending out deeds for PED.

Then he tried to burn me for 25k ped on a bp. I ended up taking it for DEBT (thats why I held the Stall 2 deed.) + a GUN that was SGA and expensive / rare.

I have a few screenshots that verify him being very negligent to your brand.

I have a strong belief I know who he is working with to manipulate the community. If you wish to chat with me. I dont demand anything. But some consideration for all I am going through and have lost would go a long way in my book.

He directly used RT property thats yours as a bargaining chip after I trusted him. "I own a LA why would I screw you"

I hope to hear from you soon. And sorry for all this trouble your going through, What a shitty thing for someone to do to your brand and name that you trusted so much. I can only feel a small portion of your pain. =/

I'm volunteer if it's for promoting and managing LA for artists. You know what am doing, my style. (not precise actions day after day, but you know what am up to, both for ingames and musicians from RL)

I see you updated the thread. Any chance you can have him trade me back the items / PED he obtained from me stemming from the Stall # 2 Loan he made with me?

I would really appreciate it if you could just have my trade returned 1:1 He can even keep the interest he claimed he would pay me from the land that wasn't his! thats 600 PED on the 4000 ped I gave him for the Market stall 2 on your land area.

If you can get my 4000 ped back + my gun (was at full tt, but i'll take it in any condition) I'd gladly return the BP and make right anything I can.

Sucks that this player used the tie to you as a selling pt.. while all other RT folks are claiming that there was a bit of distance between you all. I really dont know what to think.. I just know that you have the ability to make this right.. Don't let this situation drag on.

I'd love to chat with you in person or through forum, whatever way possible. We need to solve this issue ASAP before it starts to fester and take on a life of its own, as of now it looks like we may be close to resolving issues if he is working with you.

I ve just realised that i ve been scammed by one of your employees yesterday afternoon.
Digitall Manager Abduction offered me a rare bp (low rider mk2) and conviced me as a LA owner and Neverdie employee this is a great deal to make.
I believed him sadly due to all the relationship he has with the NEVERDIE brand and how strong a footing and how trustworthy this is.
So i had enough faith and traded my ml45 tier 4.5 and + dante amp for this amp blueprint which is the one that obyte states the lowrider.

To some extent the same thing with me. Kept saying not to say anything since he wanted to be secretive.. ND you can't have people connected to you playing this way.. As his boss, or whatever relationship you had you must know bad this is for ya.. The only reason I took the damn trade for blueprint is because I had a feeling I wasn't getting back my origional ped..

DA kept comming to me with lower prices lower prices.. I should have known, but something in me.. ( I dont know what) said to take the trade, Something wasn't right and a BP with that potential was better than the stick in the eye I was expecting to see on Sept 1, when he was promising to pay me.

From what I heard, the bp may actually worth it, only time will tell

Why do players like this with such influence in RT get such rare blueprints to sell? I mean.. He seemed like he got it legit with his origional asking price. Imagine if I said yes to the 40k or 25k he origionaly tried to milk me for? ... yikes..

You got some real nice people on the planet who have been helping to assist and do the right thing. This is the type of play that destroys confidence.

The man was using multiple ways including deeds he didn't own and using the fame of a PP in many peoples opinions are closely affiliated to ensure he could get whatever he could. And this should not be the attitude of people promoting game!

My concern definately isn't price. I could care less. The thing that gets me is DA's intention. how underhanded everything he did was, and how it effected every community member in a negative way. This is not how good promoter works at least.

Everyday this goes on it will just get more attention, and when people don't get answers they draw conclusions instead of relying on facts.

it seems strange how everybody is quite quick to scream out DA this DA that, what about the small fact that i can personally say that he has helped me alot in this game, not with ped or items.. but helping with hunting of mobs that were out of my class... further more, i think it is quite low of everyone to even dare say anything about ANY player without them putting there side of the story on the table so that we all can read or hear it from there side.... lets face it folks, Rocktropia is not what is suppose to be as of yet.. The making of the prospecting zombies, like the one's that are/were on the Digital abduction outpost, unsweatable lead to a very big player loss, both to Rocktropia as well as EU as a whole... now ND you have all of the right in the world to reclaim these LA's.. but i think people are taking advantage of this situation and are making false statements regarding items traded for ped and as i see it, if it was in a trade the touch wood, the trade is done... so if you wanted to loan some peds, don't you think you should of gone to the bank all around this universe?

I can honestly say that i do not agree in the manner this has taken place with people jumping on bandwagon...
