It has now become customary that after each "Make IT Happen" dance contest there's an after party, and MIH-4 was no different. The only challenge was determining where to have it this time. My motivation was to pick an environment with different scenery from the month before with the intent of providing a new window into the world of CND and party central.

I scouted locations and decided that for the MIH-4 after party it would be the corridor just outside of the Disco. It presented the open universe and the magnificent mountains and asteroid plains as the backdrop. As I stood there watching the twirling Club NEVERDIE sign above the Disco I knew that this location would serve its purpose.

I was lost in thought and getting ready to PM Seeker to have everyone come out to the corridor when all of a sudden this fella came running around the corner from the Disco area. He didn't look familiar, nor did he stop to say hello, but I figured he was just on his daily marathon run thru the corridors that provide such extraordinary views so I left him to whatever his mission may have been.

I managed to get my PM off to Seeker and it wasn't long before people started showing up in the corridor. Zoe, aka Naki from RaveTrax was our DJ for the after party and kept things rockin' ... just as her DJ husband Rava did for the MIH-4 dance contest. First on the scene was Asti (dancin' diva herself), Aviril (pretty in blue and white), Psycho Al (quiet sorta dude who seemed to be taking it all in), Freyr (I swear he changes clothes more than I do), Rava (in orange and hidden behind Freyr), and Steele (who's become quite a party dude himself lately). Others were coming around the corner from the Disco but couldn't tell who they were yet. Still tuned into RaveTrax and a beat with heat, it didn't take us long to get into a groove.

Zoe, Seeker and Jimbo arrived with more on the way, but then my peripheral vision caught a glimpse of none other than the Boss himself standin' there watchin' the activities and sayin' ... "MS9, you got a groove goin' there" ... yup, gimme a beat and I can't stand still.

I stopped dancing for a moment to see if ND needed to chat or anything, but after his first response he was quiet. In the meantime, Creature had joined the festivities and Freyr kept rockin' his pink dude self into oblivion.

It wasn't long before ND walked past me and beyond "La" in her beautiful pink and blue dress with the firestorm trail. As he stood at the window looking up at the Club NEVERDIE sign, I wondered just what it was that he was thinking about.

As I turned and looked up at the Club NEVERDIE sign once again, oblivious myself to the dancers around me, I could only imagine what an incredible feeling it must be to not only have such a vision to begin with, but to also finally see it become a reality ... even from a virtual perspective.

I left ND to his private thoughts and refocused on the party ... after all, I feel a responsibility to make sure that everyone is having a good time, but ALSO that they continue to dance. I found Freyr in one of his many clothes changes of the night and decided to whip things up a bit ... literally. Freyr got his coat on quick enough to raise his hands and say ... "no, no, no ... I'll dance, no problem" ... Rava raised his hands behind Freyr just in case I cracked the whip and it extended beyond Freyr's shoulders I'm sure. I think Steele decided to focus-charge himself for a little more protection while Jimbo seemed to be saying ... "glad it's you and not me, glad it's you and not me" ... and Seeker just laughs bcuz it's rare that he's out of his Nem armour, and probably feels rather secure ... silly dude, you should know better. While Seeker seemed to settle down, I could see in the background that Zoe was having her own challenges trying to keep Creature's mindforce out of her face.

Freyr started dancin' again and was doin' just fine, but then I heard the crack of another whip being activated, and as I moved past Freyr I could see that Seeker had readied his whip. I was thinkin' to myself ... he doesn't wanna do this. Rava in his cool-lookin' orange threads and ball cap turned away while Steele leaned more outta the line of fire and seemingly tried to warn Jimbo to move out of the way, but I think Jimbo was on auto-dance or something bcuz it never phased him. In the meantime, Zoe was still trying to move away from Creature's mindforce advances. Not sure what that was all about but maybe we'll find out.

When things got movin' on that end of the corridor, I walked back to the other end to see how ND was doin' ... but as I approached, I could see that he was still in his "gaze mode" and off in space somewhere. As I stood there with my whip in hand, I thought ... ok, I totally respect private thoughts, but I think enough time has elapsed and I felt the need to snap ND out of it. La must have been readin' my thoughts bcuz she tried desperately to cover her eyes and probably also trying not to imagine what I was about to do next.

I love my Boss dearly, and have an enormous amount of respect for him and his vision for CND, but this was a party and I wanted to see some dancin' up in here from the man who made this vision a reality for all of us. I readied my whip and said ... "hey Boss, you gonna dance, or what" ... the snap that's heard when a whip is readied brought him out of it, and while he said... "sorry, was daydreaming" ... he began to groove with the beat.

I think ND finally realized that I had "whip in hand" while standing in a challenging position so he brought out his whip as well ... Ooooo, was that a dare Boss? In the meantime, La was running outta the way.

Not wanting to REALLY whip up on my sweet Boss I repositioned myself a little and cracked the whip just to the right of where he was dancing. I guess it was a bit too close bcuz he pulled back his whip and raised his other hand at me as if to say ... "no whipping, just dancing" ...

I figured I better behave myself and not get into any trouble I couldn't get out of so I accommodated ND and had the first of two dances with the Boss.

After a few minutes dancing with ND, I decided to check once again on the rest of the group to make sure everything was going along smoothly. ND now seemed to be in the zone with his dancing so I figure it was ok to mingle a bit and keep the party revved up. As I walked back to the other end of the corridor, I could see that Rava was doin' fine with his non-stop groovin' but his wife Zoe looked like she might have gotten a kink in her neck from trying to avoid Creature's mindforce advances.

And SPEAKING of Creature ... I'm not sure what he was up to, but it sure seemed to cause Seeker a moment of concern. Jimbo was rockin' it out, but Steele was all snug in his focus bubble and not movin' ...

Apparently, Steele realized I was standing there and seemed to fake a look out the window as if to say ... "oh look, stuff" ... he eventually got his act together and started dancing again. In the meantime, I saw that Creature got back into form and Seeker didn't seem to be concerned any more. I'm also glad that Zoe worked the kinks out and was now in the groove.

After dancing with that end of the corridor for a bit, I decided to check on the others again. Hosting the after parties is also somewhat of a job as well, but a fun one bcuz it's cool to know that everyone is having a good time. When I reached the other side of the corridor where I left ND dancing, I saw that while Psycho Al wasn't dancing, he had taken out his whip. Geez, I wondered if I now had that effect on people from bringin' out the whip so often and if I should leave it on the hook more ... nah, it stimulates the playfulness of the party guests and helps to create fun scenarios.

I could see that ND was still movin' and groovin' and holdin' tight to that whip just in case. Hey ... no problem Boss, it's all in fun and much respect for bein' a great sport. Thx for allowin' your event coordinator/moderator an opportunity to play it up a bit.

In the meantime, Freyr was enjoyin' a close dance with Aviril while La was still in her own zone probably mesmerized by the firestorm rays. Then there's Asti who took one of her noted forms and brought out the air guitar for the first time of the evening.

All of a sudden, Asti stopped dancin' and air guitar playin' and said ... "hey MS9, check out Psycho Al over there ... what's up with THAT?" ... as I turned and looked at Psycho Al to check it out, I could see that he was trying to jump thru his whip hoop ... now THAT was a rather creative dance move.

I said hey, whatever floats your boat ... you've got your air guitar, and he has his jump whip. He's been a quiet kinda dude, so whatever makes him happy and gives him pleasure at this party so be it. Asti's always cool and casual (until she brings out the club ... but that comes later) and just wanted to make sure that Psycho Al was ok, but I assured her that all was well. As Asti got back to her air guitar playin' I walked down the corridor behind ND and checked out the view from a long shot. It's always nice to see that everyone is having a great time.

I moved in a little and then zoomed around to the other end of the corridor to get a long shot just for a different perspective and it looked like Creature, Seeker, and Jimbo had created a synchronized dance line ... cool guys, I thought only the New York Rockettes did that. In the meantime, it looked like Steele was either out of synch, or he was still lookin' at the "stuff" out the window.

All of a sudden I heard a noise that startled me ... it looked like La, ND, and Aviril heard it too bcuz they stopped dancing. I turned around and walked back just beyond ND and La to see if there was anything back there but didn't see anything. However ... after taking the pic I could see that LighterThief and Dolph had zoomed past ND along the window and stopped by Aviril to dance but didn't think that the noise we heard could have come from that.

I then realized what it was ... Freyr had opened up his inventory closet to change clothes once again and it was the creaking sound that startled us. Freyr honey, there's plenty of crude on this asteroid to get that closet door oiled up, so make sure you tend to that.

Once we got the noise business outta the way, we settled down to some serious dancing, although I could see Psycho Al still tryin' to get thru that whip hoop.

I moved on down to where our RaveTrax DJ couple were dancing to make sure all was well with Zoe since she was busy spinnin' tracks for us and makin' cool announcements over the radio waves. Rava did his thing during the dance contest, and now it was Zoe's turn to show her stuff. It was cool that as a couple they could share their passion for the music and DJ'ing while enjoying themselves in a virtual world. I think that 12 years of marriage looks pretty good on them and certainly role-model material, and also how cool that they live approximately 30 minutes away from me across the bay. We'll have to get together one of these days and maybe kick it up a notch.

As I turned to join the others for a bit more dancing, Creature came at me with his mindforce, so I decided to give it right back to him but in a bigger way. It startled Psycho Al to the point of abandoning the whip and bringing out his FAP perhaps thinking that I was in some sort of distress.

Not sure what was up with the mindforce thingie with Creature, but he's such a sweetheart and perhaps he was just tryin' to provide a little more energy into the mix. In the meantime, Asti caught the action and beckoned to Creature to come down by her, which he did, but I heard something behind me that caught my attention and wanted to check it out.

As Creature walked off to join Asti, I turned toward the sounds I heard behind me only to discover that Jimbo was having a little party of his own. Pretty hot stuff there huh Jimbo? I stood watching for a minute or two myself and found that I too was motivated by what I saw on the screen ...

I figured it was time for a change of my own ... why should Freyr have all the fun. So I made the announcement that I was taking a trip around the corner for a moment, and Creature knowing full well what I meant as a result of previous experience made some kind of babbling statement about his routers being in trouble again. Not to worry "C" I wasn't going anywhere that night after the party, so your routers are safe ... for the moment.

In the meantime, I hurried around the corner and got changed. One of the things I was excited about was the gift that Moonie had given to me prior to the dance contest bcuz he wasn't going to be around for the after party. He knew that eventually the after party gets kicked up a notch and wanted to support that. Well, he did in a MAJOR way ... thank you Moonie for adding to the multi-layered Prancer look with the thigh-high sexy boots ... totally awesome Baby ...

Check THIS out you stupid Prancer Punks ... I'm comin' back with a vengence, so gather ye punk brigade while ye may, you have been forewarned ...

I noticed that ND had made his way down to my end of the corridor, but ALSO noticed that he was off in that star gaze again, so I figured I needed to snap him out of it once more and back into the party mode. As I positioned myself in front of him and invoked the ready-whip stance, I noticed that Rava had not only joined the "change your clothes club" but was motioning to those on the other side in anticipation of what he THOUGHT might be another encounter with the Boss.

Needless to say, it was all harmless, and the crack of the whip you hear in the "ready-whip" stance was a way to get ND's attention. He admitted to daydreaming again, so I felt kinda bad that I snapped him out of it, but he was cool and even joined me in a synchronized dance. Rava resigned himself to the fact that he overreacted and went about his business knowing that all was well. In the meantime, Psychol Al looked like he had something else up his sleeve this time.

While ND and I continued our synchronized dance (ahhh, watch the whip there Boss), Psycho Al looked like he was having a bit of a challenge trying to figure out what to do with himself.

I have to say that I was totally impressed that the Boss could not only keep up with me but stay totally in synch as well ... on the other hand, I was getting more concerned about Psycho Al and his musings ...

As the Boss and I continued our synchronized dance, I think I came to the conclusion that perhaps Psycho Al was observing and taking notes ... maybe later he'll "bust a move" and surprise us all ...

It soon came time for ND to say his good night to everyone, and as I stepped back to observe the rest of the dancin' dudes and dudettes, I noticed that Freyr had once again changed clothes. I also noticed that Aviril had SHED a few, but then maybe that had something to do with the moon that was rising over the club.

Or, maybe it was just getting hot up in there ... friendship and warmth and hot dancing was one thing, but this was the first time I had ever experienced seeing the club embraced by it ... it was time for a change myself.

Dolph looked surprised when Creature and I went "mindforce to mindforce" but this time I decided to indulge "C" a bit and have a little dance. Asti looked like she was practicin' some form of martial arts and seemed oblivious that Creature had turned away. However, I DID notice that the shirt came off.

Creature and I were having a nice dance when I caught Dolph out of the corner of my eye trying to get a peak at Aviril's bum. But that was miniscule compared to the look I saw on Asti's face as she stood there noticing that "C" was now occupied with another dance partner. Asti looked a little miffed since she had "C" all to herself for a while, but hey ... Moonie isn't here, and cute hottie that "C" is should be shared. Oh geez, should I be concerned ...

All of a sudden, Creature took off runnin' ... and as I stood there looking at Asti totally stripped down to the bare essentials and pounding her club in her fist I heard her say "STOP" ... it was also then that I noticed that Freyr had once again changed back into a variation of his pink outfit ... he's so fickle ...

Creature stopped dead in his tracks while muttering over and over again ... "I can't look, I won't look, I can't look" ... and as I watched Asti doin' things with her club that probably should have been reserved for private viewing only, I could understand Creature's hesitancy as this could be potentially a far greater concern for his routers than anything he could have imagined earlier after my clothes change ... in the meantime, Psycho Al still seemed a little wishy/washy about why he was there ...

After a little coaxing on Asti's part, Creature decided to turn around and said that he would dance with Asti again, but with the stipulation that she didn't hurt him with the club. It seemed like Asti was agreeable, but then in the scheme of things, there's really no guarantee is there. I finally caught a move by Psycho Al, and while he wasn't dancing yet, I could tell that Aviril's bum caught his attention.

I decided it was time to pay Psycho Al a personal visit to see if I couldn't get his mojo workin' ... as I stepped up to him with my mindforce in place, it was magical ... he raised his hands and started movin' like no tomorrow. Maybe there's something to this "mindforce in your face" AFTER all "C" ... I'll have to keep that in mind ...

Once Psycho Al got his groove goin' and I saw that Asti and Creature were doin' ok, I decided to take my mindforce and join Aviril with Dolph and Freyr and kick it up a notch. However, while I was revving up the mindforce, I could see off in the background that Zoe seemed puzzled by Rava's improv dancing with his excavator, and also noticed that Steele had finally got jiggy wit it and stripped down to his briefs ...

All of a sudden, I heard a little bit of a scuffle goin' on over by Creature and Asti. It seemed that Asti was showin' Creature the mindforce end of her club for some reason, so I thought I had better step in to keep things calm ... it even caught Psycho Al's attention but he kept on dancin' in spite of it ...

Whatever the issue was, they seemed to have worked it out, so I went to the other end of the corridor to check back in with Zoe, Rava and Steele. Zoe was in her own little dance-a-thon while spinning tracks for our listening pleasure but not sure about Rava's choice for dance partner. Hey, I said something earlier about "whatever floats your boat" so if you're havin' fun, then rock on Rava.

In the meantime, Steele looked like a deer caught in the headlights and I could almost hear him say ... "you're not filming this, right MS9?" ... nah, he couldn't be thinking that bcuz it's common knowledge by now that anyone spending time with me is subject to camera clicks and possible exposure in a storyline ... keep on keepin' on Steele, your underwear is about to get famous ...

I figured I would head back over to where Asti and Creature were, just in case it got a little more heated, but speaking of heated, it looked as though Aviril and Freyr had a little heat of their own goin' on. As I started to dance, Asti raised her club to Creature which caused him to halt in mid-dance move, and as Asti said ... "see this?" ... I knew something was up.

When Asti raised her club up a little as if in strike mode, she said ... "now get dancing" ... immediately, Creature busted a move and started swayin' with a frenzy ... he was moving so furiously at one point that I thought he was going to throw a hip outta joint ... oh ya, I caught the Michael Jackson move there Freyr ...

Asti must have been pleased with what Creature was doing bcuz she all but got down on her knees and said ... "much better, now gimme a hug" ... "C" actually flinched and wasn't sure how to handle this request, but since they were able to work out everything else so far this evening, I figured I'd go check in again with Zoe, Rava and Steele ...

Checking in on Zoe, Rava, and Steele, I found some interesting things. Zoe of course was off in her own little dance zone and doing just fine, but Rava was now shirtless and in some sort of a frenzy. It appeared as tho he was about to throw his excavator out the window which ordinarily would have been a disaster in and of itself, but the glass construction at the space resort is reinforced and shatter-proof, so no damage would have been done. However, Steele was concerned enough to make an attempt to protect himself. In the meantime, we had a new guest who stumbled onto the after party who I'm sure must have been confused by the goings on at that particular moment.

While Steele was still trying to protect himself from anticipated shattering glass, Rava faked him out right at the point of letting go of the excavator and activated his FAP. In the meantime, I said hello to our guest, whose name was Hoos or Hoost I believe, and as he waved hello to everyone, I invited him to join the party ... but would he think we were a little over the top and leave? ...

Our guest not only got into the groove by stripping off his armour and dancing but Jimbo also returned to the party, and I guess Creature had enough of Asti for the moment and decided to join our little dance session ...

As the dancing continued, Jimbo seemed puzzled by Rava's odd need to carry his FAP, but then we're back to the old "whatever floats your boat" thingie again, so find your own groove Jimbo. In the meantime, Steele and Creature seemed to be having a private conversation about something, so no tellin' what to expect from that.

Steele and Creature got to dancing again, but when I heard Zoe say "whoaaaa" ... I realized that not only Rava had stripped down to his bright red underwear, but Jimbo followed suit with his blue boxers. However ... I wasn't sure whether Jimbo was lookin' for our guest who seemed to have disappeared, or whether he was debating if he should go back and watch more of the video.

Jimbo decided to stay with us and dance some more, but far be it from Steele to be out-underweared ... he immediately pulled a new set of drawers out of his inventory closet that matched Rava's but topped it off with a coordinating shirt. I think I heard Rava say ... "Oh NO you didn't" ... but I guess we'll see where THIS goes ...

As I stepped back to watch the show, I wasn't disappointed ... after Jimbo laughed a little at Rava's remark he soon learned that Steele had something up his sleeve for him as well. Steele showed off his blue mood by donning his blue boxers, and once again, topped it off with a coordinating shirt. Jimbo wasn't laughing any more so he just kept dancing.

In the meantime, I noticed that we lost a couple of people ... Freyr lost his dance partner, and while Psycho Al didn't have a dance partner to begin with, he was still doin' just fine dancin' off on the sidelines by himself. Asti on the other hand was questioning me about where Creature went ... I just knew she still had that club in her hand so I wasn't going to turn around and chance it ...

While everyone else was having a good time and continued with their dancing, Asti was throwing a hissy fit ... I heard her behind me cursing out Creature for leaving, but I wasn't going to turn around and encourage her ... I could only imagine what kind of gyrations she was going thru in the process ..

Asti was really carrying on, but since I didn't want to encourage her tantrum I just started dancing with everyone else. I felt that eventually Asti would figure out that throwing a fit bcuz Creature left wouldn't help get him back again.

I have GOT to learn not to underestimate Asti's determination once her mind is made up. While I basically ignored her hissy fit, she made her intentions perfectly clear by raising her club and announcing that if Creature didn't return to the party ASAP, she was going to throw herself onto the floor, and then CND would have to be responsible for any liability as a result of potential injuries in the process ... needless to say, while Asti is a force to be reckoned with, we continued dancing and paid her no mind in hopes that she would soon settle down ...

Asti wasn't going to take our avoidance behavior lightly, and without further announcement, she threw herself forward in a full-on move to hit the floor. Zoe turned away, but Freyr, Psycho Al, Rava, Jimbo and I kept dancing, while Steele seemed concerned enough to point out Asti's free-fall attempt to me. I wasn't buyin' it tho bcuz I know how adept Asti is in her martial arts moves, and how capable she is of breaking a fall, so I still wasn't going to buy into it ...

It wasn't but a minute later that Creature showed up, and as Asti looked over at me she said ... "see, told ya it would work" ... well ya, maybe it seems that way, but unless someone present sent a PM to Creature about Asti's temper tantrum, I'm guessing it's just pure coincidence that "C" showed up right after her attempt at floor malling.

In the meantime, I noticed that Creature was in his underwear, but just as quickly as that thought wandered off into the distant, I saw that Steele was at it again and wasn't going to let "C" get away with having any unique underwear either ... Steele played copycat once again and while "C" was shirtless (and lookin' GOOD btw), Steele coordinated his new boxer look with a matching top ... hmmmm, wonder if Steele has an underwear fetish.

That aside, I realized that Rava for some reason donned a helmut ... not sure what that was all about, but based on how the evening was going, I'm sure we would find out sooner or later. I also noticed that while Zoe was seemingly watching something out the window, Freyr had once again dug into the inventory closet for yet another change of clothes.

As we all got back down to some serious dancing, I noticed that Aviril had joined us once again ... goody, goody, the more the merrier. It was getting pretty late, so I suggested that we end the after party by taking a conga line through the Daspletor Dome in 17. Everyone seemed up for it, but Psycho Al had stopped dancing, so maybe he had to give it some serious thought.

We mulled the idea around for a minute, but then decided that it would be a fun way to end the after party and do something rather daring ... although this was done with a party at Ripper's home-made dance club, but that's another storyline that I still have to write ... coming soon.

We agreed to meet at the TP in Dome 17 and wait till everyone arrived ... even Psycho Al was onboard for this adventure, so it was "hail, hail, the gangs all here" once we arrived at the TP ... from left to right we have ... Psycho Al (still looking like he wasn't sure yet), Steele (who changed back to his briefs most likely to give him faster running speed), Rava (with protective head gear ... ya, like that's going to make a difference), yours truly (at least my thighs were properly protected ... mostly), Asti (letting it ALL hang out), Jimbo (now shirtless and showin' it), Zoe (our after party DJ who set up a lengthy spin in order to join us), Creature (looking hunky as ever), Aviril (looking just plain sexy), and Freyr (who turned himself into the brightest target of all and most likely first to kiss the dirt) ...

What followed next was an incredibly fun adventure, but who do YOU think outlasted everyone else in this Daspletor massacre? I think you'll find the ending to this storyline rather interesting!

Once we were all present and accounted for at the TP in Dome 17, I asked everyone to get behind me so that I could lead the conga line in a direction to the East initially away from the Daspletors. Everyone lined up, and when it was determined that we were all ready to head out, I started the run ...

After leading the group far enough along the East wall, it was now time to turn inward toward the center of the dome where the Daspletors hunkered down in wait of their next prey. One of the things I loved about this dome was the purple and pink flowers, so I took in the sight of the one in front of me for as long as possible ...

When I saw a Daspletor coming our way I stopped, and thinking I would be the first to get annihilated I stood and waited for the massive blow that would take my ass out while thinking about how I was going to get the rest of the pics for the storyline.

However, the Daspletor had his eyes on someone else, and as I turned to watch him pass me I was only able to click the camera lense in time to capture him heading thru the trees which provided a great camouflage, but noticed that he seemingly was heading right for Freyr who had inadvertantly set himself up as a target in all his bright yellowness. I DID however catch a glimpse of Creature running as fast as he could in my direction, so maybe we were both safe for a while longer.

In the meantime, whoever it was that Big "D" took out first, I couldn't see, but DID see that he was again heading in my direction, however, our after party DJ Zoe was in the same path ahead of me, so maybe I would be spared a little bit longer ... remaining focused on the Daspletor's moves, I couldn't tell where everyone else was ...

While it seemed like I was destined to be next after Zoe, the Daspletor took a different turn which motivated some of the others to run in my direction. Aviril hurried herself along, but Asti didn't seem to be moved by the enormity of Big "D" and took her good ol' nature time about getting outta the way. Maybe her size gave her an advantage and the fact that she had the least clothes on and somewhat blended in gave her a life extension.

It wasn't long before Asti put on some speed and raced past me, but in the meantime, Creature and Fryer showed up, and we could see Steele running our way, but Aviril wasn't moving. We thought SURE that she would be next ...

Asti stopped for a moment, and while Steele had caught up with Freyr and I, Creature had moved outta the way, and Psycho Al was running to catch up with Creature thinking that it would be a safe place to stay out of the way of the Daspletor. In the meantime, we were STILL thinking that Aviril was next on the list, but she started walking our way once again and the Daspletor ignored her ...

Aviril moved in closer to Freyr while Steele and I moved over toward Creature, but Steele didn't make it ... I thought I was next, but the Daspletor turned and headed in the other direction to take out Asti I think ... I think Steele was stunned (ok, dead) bcuz he wasn't budging ... maybe he wanted to catch the rest of the action, who knows, but regadless, I knew I was now starin' down the snout of a nasty Daspletor who wasn't quite finished with his avi buffet ... in the meantime, it looked as tho Freyr was wavin' his arms in the air as if to say ... come get me ... maybe Big "D" was color-blind ...

I took a chance and ran past Freyr and Aviril in hopes that the Daspletor wouldn't follow. I managed to get away unnoticed and found a safe spot for the moment. I was beginning to wonder if Freyr and Aviril had some magic shield around them or something bcuz the Daspletor basically kept ignoring them. In the meantime, Creature ran a blitz around the other side of him and headed in my direction. I could also see in the distance that Rava seemed to have made it this long, but I wondered since Freyr and Aviril were so ignored by Big "D" whether he would be next as a result of his proximity ...

Yup, the helmet did no good, and Rava went down, and as the Daspletor turned and headed my way, I could see that Creature was also in the line of fire. Freyr and Aviril were still hangin' in there, but more surprising than that, Psycho Al went whizzing past me like a bat outta hell, but I couldn't pay much attention to that since I was now in a stare-down with Big "D" ... not sure I had much time left ...

Well, I knew it wasn't going to last much longer, and as I went down, I could see that the Daspletor had done an about face and was heading for Creature. Dead or not, I wasn't going anywhere bcuz I wasn't going to miss the final annihilation of Freyr and Aviril. I couldn't believe that they had lasted that long, but I knew that their minutes were numbered after Creature went down. I guess Steele had the same mission in mind bcuz his lifeless body was still hugging dirt ... what we won't do for a little fun, huh ...

As my ass and left leg protruded from the rocky terrain, I hung in there to watch the finale, and as Aviril and Freyr stood there once again escaping death, I caught a glimpse of Psycho Al actually running in the direction of the Daspletor. I almost didn't see him since he was somewhat camouflaged by the tree, but with a little more focus I could see his legs carrying him as fast as they would move ... I wondered if HE would be next, or if he would ultimately escape the jaws of death ...

Ok, by now I was getting rather annoyed that Freyr and Aviril managed to continually get a repreive from death, or ... was I just envious that I didn't have that much staying power in the midst of these pink and wrinkled bottomless pits that devoured avatars as if it were their last meal.

It wasn't bad enough they survived THIS long, but then a second Daspletor entered the scene and seemed to go off in conference with the other. Oh boy I thought to myself, here it comes ... the moment I've been waiting for ... Freyr and Aviril are going DOWN ... maybe they DID have some invisible force shield and Big "D" needed reinforcements, but whatever the case, this story was soon coming to a close ...

It wasn't long before both Daspletors turned and faced Freyr and Aviril, but the question was ... who were they going to take down first, and who would be the last man/woman standing ... the Daspletor on the left just couldn't hold back his passion for Aviril and had his way with her ... no way was I believin' that Freyr in all his bright yellowness was the last man standing, but there he was in all his glory facing down both Daspletors with shoulders thrown back as if to say ... "what took you so damn long" ... I knew the end was only a breath away, so I readied the camera for what I thought would be the final shot ...

In a dual blow, Freyr went down hard, but proud ... and while capturing the final shot, I gave myself a mental note never to underestimate Freyr again ... in all his bright yellowness, he was somehow able to avoid death and ultimately go head-to-snout with not one, but two Daspletors that finally caused his demise ... way to go Freyr ... makes me appreciate my yellow wardrobe all the more ...

As Freyr's body lay lifeless, the Daspletors had themselves a good laugh, but little did I know that they knew I was still there capturing the moment ...

As one Daspletor looked down at Freyr reveling in a mission accomplished, the other Daspletor almost in a snicker looked my way and said ... "MS9, the question still remains ... did Psycho Al really make it out, or not!"
