Bane's Quest for the Cup of Suction +3
I myself have spent the last few days in search of this much whispered about item. Not having armour or weaponry sufficient enough to kill the higher class Fouls, I've been stuck with Young, Adult, and the occasional Scout. These Foul prove to be plentiful. Unfortunately, the loot does not.
This is not to say the loot is entirely bad, most of the time I do get pretty close to breaking even (within a few ped), and sometimes I do make a few peds of profit.
Well today I was out again. I spent a good many hours hunting those foul today and managed to break even on each hunt... no suction cup though. Though, I did meet a few characters...
One was a character who was far more foul than even a Foul itself. He went by the name of Warchild and did not speak a word, but his actions spoke loud and they were dastardly indeed! This Warchild was a rude person, running in and attacking Foul which I had already begun to attack... There wasn't much I could do since his weaponry was stronger than mine. I had to sit there and watch as he stole kill after kill right from under my nose.
The second character was much nicer. In fact, he was a Foul that had taken a short break from his daily work of attacking random passers-by. I stopped for some time and we talked with each other, passing jokes back and forth.

We enjoyed each others company immensely... until his break was over and he promptly attacked me. I had no choice but to slay this new friend of mine, after which I stopped to shed a tear in his memory. Or was my tear for other reasons...?

Yes, it's true... My new friend did not see fit to leave me any parting gift. Many of his co-workers felt similarly. Yes, I'm struggling out there. Struggling to break even, struggling to find that mystic Cup of Suction +3.
It's out there... I know it is... I just need to find it.

Great history and pictures Bane! Next time, maybe, you'll loot them better

Nice story Bane, keep up the good work out there.
The Fouls can be cruel, but don't let them bring your hopes down. I am sure the Suction Cup will turn up sooner or later.
Come and enjoy a hot meal and the girls (of course) at
Hooters in Toronto!

Oh how cute is THAT ... which reminds me, we're supposed to have a monthly "Mob Chat Contest" and I'm falling down on the job, SO ... I'm going to be posting the thread sometime today. Get out there and have your CND Mob Chats guys, and get ready to enter the contest for some cash and/or prizes. Zar donated 75 PED from the last one he won, so at least we have a start.
Keep up the good work Bane, these types of sharings are fun.

Today was a grim day. I was... put under a sort of spell.
I had spent most of the morning hunting Foul. It went fairly well and I made about 14ped of profit. Unfortunately, no suction cup, no hof, no global. I was more than a little disheartened to see a couple other people getting hofs/globals off of Fouls while I had not received more than a 20ped loot in the past 3 to 4 days that I've been hunting fouls.
I had been watching the globals roll by, and there were two names that I kept seeing over and over, not just today, but the last few days. Supreme Visor (or something like that) and Auktuma. Crafting globals, over and over and over. I've always been partial to crafting, as has the man in reality who created and controls me. I've never really invested much time into crafting, a little here, a little there, but not much since it's so very expensive to start. My creator seemed to have forgotten about the expenses. He was blinded by the sheer number of crafting globals... He made me stop hunting for some time.
By his command, I went to the auction at Fort Argust. I purchased a blue print (BodyGuard harness... it seemed cheap enough to craft at first...) and then some resources. I soon noticed that it wasn't going to be as cheap as I had though. The caldorite required cost me a good 135ped... nearly half of my wallet. Still under the control of my creator, I marched over to an armour crafting machine and got to work. It did not go well... I managed to construct a few harnesses, all low tt, but no where near enough to even come close to covering my expenses. In all, it was a mistake that cost me over 100ped. And believe me, if I ever get out of this box, I'm kicking my creators ass.
Well defeated and severely disheartened, with only 90ped left in my wallet, I marched back to the Foul fields and began my quest anew. Withing my first 3ped of ammo, I received a 20ped loot. I thought things would be going well and my hopes were high, but then came the no/low loots. I grew disheartened again, but then I got a 10ped loot after another 12ped of ammo. I didn't allow myself to get excited... I know how it goes now. A little tease here and there to keep me going, but the big one dangles just out of my reach...
I trudge on... extremely disheartened, bruised and beaten down by todays events. *sniffle*

Thank you all for the kind words.
I thought they might be a bit much.
I found myself back in EU last night at around 1am, my creators time. It was odd seeing it all so deserted and in the hour or so that I was there, I only saw a single hof. Anyways, I tried hunting foul a bit. I had thought that since I didn't seem to be having any luck during the day, perhaps my luck would change at night... And it did, but not in a way I would have expected.
You see, my first attempts at hunting were impeded by a joker who decided to play a prank.

I stood there staring at the little guy for some time, considering if I really should blast him away and see what kind of loot he carried. In the end I just could not shoot something that cute and I picked him up and carried him away to safety. That took the better part of an hour since I was walking around searching for the nearest stable... I think I did the right thing... I just hope he wasn't my uber hof that I've been waiting for all these years.
Anyways, I got back to the Foul grounds and managed to kill a few. My highest loot was a 7ped, but then I started getting "no loots" again. I decided it was time to call it a night, found a quiet place near a turret, and pitched camp.
PS: For those who are wondering... Sleeping under a turret is not the greatest of ideas. Critters like wandering into its range at the worst of times. I found myself leaping awake a number of times in the night, only to be pelted with spent ammo shells falling from above. I've learned my lesson. No more sleeping under turrets.

lol ... again ... awesome.
I would have whipped it first a few times though before blasting it with an IMP MOD 7 Barrel-Shotgun
