I am new here and on RockTropia ... what you call a noob. I started collecting sweat with the help of some other players. Particulary thanks to Todd who helped me a lot, i was going to stop this game when i met him.
I have found some tutorial, seems interesting. Any other help is welcome. For the moment i found 1 website with interesting informations : entropiaforum.com. If their is any other one please let me know.

All tutorial says that we must choose an activity (hunting, mining, crafting, trading) ... I still did not choose as i was not able to test mining and crafting and i did not see any trader any where for the moment.

My biggest recommendation is DON"T DEPOSIT right away.

Learn:
-How the economy works like how to know the real market value of a item
-your controls how to customize your keyboard layout
-rough idea of the map knowing and knowing what creatures/things to stay far away from
-the terminology used ingame by people

Then deposit a bit and have fun knowing how to budget your money and time. Learn first that way when your playing with your real money it's more enjoyable. It is well worth while to deposit that little bit a month instead of just trying to sweat all the time and who knows you could get a HUGE loot too. One guy i taught how to play got a HUGE loot worth 1000$ USD and never deposited.

I started playing 7 years ago on a monthly budget of 100 PED. havn't deposited in 3 years now and still have fun.

Thats what i like about this platform is you can pay what you want. and if you play less cause of being to busy in real life you are not still paying that monthly fee your money just last longer time wise.

I think i will try to be a trader later in this strange world, but for the moment i am mainly sweating and when i save few peds i try hunting some mobs :-)
