There are some RockTropia specific weapons so he can probably design the guns (the way they look), but I think stuff like decay, damage and TT value will be up to MindArk because they keep an eye on the balance of the game. So far no special armor for RT, but who knows.

Owning a planet is just like any other business, so it has potential to earn you a lot of money, but of course also the potential to loose you a lot of money as with any other business.
