sup guys.

alright, many of you know that I am not one to bitch, if not even raise an opinion, but this is now seriously getting to me.

We have seen many new markets open for the Quadwings and now people are hushing up everything they can do, motor over to another planet or two with the goods for crafting, hunting, whatever. meaning stackables.

It has been a recent problem that one of my VERY good friends have been looted in space on his way to RT and I call upon those who are loyal to Rocktropia. We need to do something about these guys. Really, it is growing into a pain and most pirates follow them on the road to RT.

Now I dont know what to do as I can call up a few guys to help in problematic areas, but I know that some of the supporters of NDS and RT have motherships and we need to organize something to travel between these worlds and help grow the economy.

What nailed me the most last night was that I was talking to a group of people near Port Atlantis. I was arranging a little trip to Rocktropia with one of the local mothership owners. They said to me they are to scared to go near the planet as pirates follow them and PK them over and over and OVER again. But let them choose another destination. TADA... no more PKing. I thought about this for a moment or two and said, let me test this theory. I took my quad up into space and aimed directly for RT and I had about 4 guys ontop of me. I was taken out of course but I at least took 1 with me.

I re-spawned, repaired and missioned out again but then something strange took place. I started to leave the area and nobody followed. but God help me when I reached about half way to Hephaestus Station, I was ganged up by another 4, I didn't even see before hand.

Now to cut a long story short, there is a pirate infestation that is causing problem for players to come over to this planet and these guys are doing harm, not only to the players coming over but to the money they are bringing into the planet as well.

I know we cant always keep the skys clean or keep those who enjoy PVP away from their targets, but guys, we need motherships who are willing to help out here to bring the guys over to help grow our economy.

With this latest Bug in space, there was even PVPing in safe zones. Exploiting this to a massive degree.

But my word is just one of many. If you guys think I am being melodramatic and should shut up, just say so, but seriously, loosing money off a player because he cant come craft on a planet bring a bad rep to those who protect and uphold it and I dont want to see people pulling away from the planet just because a few guys think it is funny to gank new players who just deposited their first 10 bucks.

But thanks for reading this to the end. Give me your opinions or advice as I will even implement something to make the skys a bit safer for the newcommers as they are the ones that grow the planet. Not the old residents.

What you can do is help me get money, help me finalize some deals, so things will move faster.
I have no problem flying from Caly to RT actually, it's all about strategy.
Also, it's so easy to say some pilots are charging too high fee for transports, well you see what happens, or pay for safety, safety available via experience and knowledge. Give peds to pirates, or able pilots?

So whats the plan?

The Mothership Alabama (owned and Run by Soldiers of Fortune Society) is available for warp flights or normal flights through space. We have quite a bit of structurual integrity so would cost more for a few quads to kill us than would be worth there while tbh .

Count us in in any action.

By the way, I have flown to Rocktropia quite a few times in both Mothership and Quad and Sleipnir. But have only ever seen one other person while I've been flying. (Who i panicked and PK'd :S if you are that person let me know and I will give you your 2 ped of Force nexus back )

Did you not see the video......ND is a pirate like me.....Guess we will see which way the coin lands when it finally does hit the ground And ps, dont think co pilots can use warp or summon or add guest, ive tried with the Revenge and unfortunately no joy...Only deed holder seems can do all that, or else we would have had a Pirate MS loaded with pirates warping all over space right ontop of other MS'es, deploying fighters out the back...hit, loot and go

He might enjoy being a pirate, but i am sure his dream for ROCKtropia is far more imporant. If it means protecting his planet from pirates and helping the flow of players and materials that are not easy/untattainable on ROCKtropia for crafters, traders etc to help build the econamy on his planet. I would think its sacarfice worth making.
