I would like to make this post about which settings people like for the events made with the new events system.
I think it might help people that want to make their own events to have a sort of guide that let's them know what types of event settings people would actually like

My personal favorite settings are accumulated loot pool, most loot wins...yeah i know it's costly if you don't win but boy oh boy if you do win what a jackpot

Please reply to this post what your favorite event settings are and hopefully we will start getting an idea of what's popular with everyone and be seeing the events everyone likes being held on CND soon

Just as an FYI Hon ... the event system at CND is not open to individuals at this time bcuz it locks up too many domes for periods of time. That's why ND has the 3 one-hour events over the weekend so that we have something going on for the community.

What we CAN do with this survey is find out what kind of features everyone likes and then ND can try something different once in a while.

Hopefully over time, the event system will have additional features that enhance the types of events we can have, and perhaps even create ourselves without closing off a lot of domes for long periods of time.

I am just attempting to get some kind of a guide down for when MA finally fixes those problems and it will also give Neverdie a better idea of the types of events people would like to have scheduled untill MA finally fixes the problem

I don't like "collect ammo" cause you could leave with nothing you put in.

Ok Sweetie ... thx for the clarification, and hopefully MA will come up with something that makes it easier to design events at CND where it doesn't lock up the domes for long periods of time bcuz too many are setting up events.

Perhaps one of the things that they could implement is a system with a calendar where individuals would need to contact ND or his designated rep in order to book a date and time that they would like to run an event. Then only ND or the designated rep would have the authority to allow a specific person into the event system to set up their event on the date they booked.

I think the first thing MA needs to do is reduce the "cluster" of domes that are locked off for an event and give the event designer an opportunity to choose less than 5 domes at a time. Also, I think the one hour events are great and should be restricted to that. It's something I think we can live with, as long as there aren't several throughout the day.

With regard to clusters of domes to block off during an event ... I think it needs to be changed up and not just be 6-10 all the time. I know that the Friday and Sunday events are in 6-10, and that the PvP event on Saturday is in 16-20, which actually makes it totally challenging and fun given the types of MOBs in them, but I also think that once in a while there needs to be an event in domes 1-5 and 11-15 to give more options to low and mid-level players.

As far as features are concerned ... I like the way ND has them set up now, even the Sunday one. Even tho I didn't participate in it, I believe ND required "no armor" which I'm sure made it even more fun.

I think ppl should check out the event system and see what options are available for setting up an event bcuz there are variables that can make it exciting.

Would like to hear what others have to say ... especially those who participated in the first weekend events this last weekend. It's an adrenaline rush for that one hour, and I think I even saw Klod write in the event system chat window that he was a nervous wreck during the Sunday "winner take all" event. Gratz to him as the winner tho ... nice one Klod!

Yup I was a wreck during that event, I was shaking when I saw my self hold the lead Veryyy exciting stuff that event. perhaps it schould be two 30 min events instead with the loot accumulated cause well it could really hurt if u loose it all. Or there could be prices for 1,2,3 place. I wasted 40k ammo and well that would have been a bit sad to loose. Hmm so if only 30 min event u can like max loose 200 ped if u burn a lot of ammo. But I do think the events schould be there cause well there is something special with them.

I have also tried out the pk event and the melee event. I liked them both a lot but the pk event had a bit to few participants and schould perhaps only be run two times a month. The melee event was really cool, I have never before skilled in that so was very surprised about how fun it was. the no fapping part in it forced u to use some tactics as well and not only hack and slash.

I strongly reccomend ppl to try the event s out, once u have tried u will see a new type of way to play pe, u can compare it to boxing etc. First u train ur self get the right gloves and all. then do a bit of investigation of ur tactics for the event and finally take a short break just before the big night arrive. Events rock and thats all I have to say about it, ohh and to bad there are no unamped mining events yet cause if there where I would only relog and never log of

So come on ppl try them out, if not for winning do it for fun . In a pk event without armour and just a bit of fun u dont have to waste more ammo than u do in the ring for 30 min, perhaps 50 ped to win one when no armours are allowed, hmm not sure but a good guess

GuyS!!! Check out Adreniline RUSH 2, i changed the settings on this event, I think this one could be furious...

Imagine being in the lead Klod, and people trying to kill ya, to hold you back.....

I basicly pulled the plug on the PVP now and combined it with the adreniline rush to make it even more exciting...

So far 1hr is minimum run time for an event...

I dropped the prize considerably on cut and stab, coz its really an entry level event and not many participants, i'll build it back up a bit if we get a few more entrants.

Finaly the Aptartment prize is now moved to Sunday, this event is for the pilots to use to help them subsidize flight costs...

its a simple looting event.

I know MA will make lots of improvements on this system so lets refine our events as best we can and then when we have more options we'll improve them...

Please eveyone try to get as many people into adrenaline rush 2
you can even work together...i think this could be a very exciting event.

And may even be a candidate for the MMOWC later this year.

Now that im up here for the speedhof series, im looking forward to the events this weekend, and I would really love the risk and fun of collected ammo. Not for a 3h event though, that would hurt WAAY too much (even though it would be very sweet to get lucky and win that baby ). Imo, 0.5-1h is max for that kind of event...
