CND LAUNCHES ITS DIARY SUBFORUM

As a result of several inquiries over a few months, as well as a recent poll conducted at this forum, a "CND Diaries" subforum has been created for your personal use. The subforum is located just beneath the "MindStar9 Presents Club NEVERDIE Storytelling" subforum.

Following are the simple guidelines in helping you to establish and continue "dumping your thoughts" into an area that's yours and yours alone.

GUIDELINES

1 - Create your personal thread in the designated "CND Diaries" subforum by using your ingame name along with the word "Diary" in some form or another.

2 - Post only in this thread that you create by clicking on "Reply" and adding your daily thoughts, or whenever you're moved to do so.

3 - These threads are "Read Only" and no one else but the thread starter will be able to continually add to the thread ... that's what makes it a diary.

4 - You must have achieved "Silvermember" status in order to create a diary. This is accomplished after your 10th post at the forum and the estblished one-hour wait period.

5 - Content rules apply the same as in regular forum posting. If content relates in any way to rudeness, disrespect, or flaming, then the post will either be edited or deleted altogether depending on the other content presented in the post.

6 - If other members of the community wish to make comments regarding anything that is posted in a personal diary, DO NOT start a thread in the forum, but rather PM the individual whose diary entry you wish to address. The concept of having a diary is that it's for your personal thoughts only, and the content is not to be discussed at the open forum.

As we see how this works out, we may need to add additional guidelines, but for now, please pay mind to what is already established and have some fun with it. I'm looking forward to reading what those of you post have to share.

Remember that any "CND-related stories only" are to be posted in the "Community Contributions" area in the "MindStar9 Presents Club NEVERDIE Storytelling" subforum. It will give others an opportunity to respond to your story as well, which cannot happen in a diary.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES
WHEN CREATING YOUR DIARY THREAD

It specifically says to use your name and the
word "Diary" in the thread title.

This is to identify that the thread is a Diary entry,
and not a regular post.

You can get creative with your individual post titles,
but the diary thread must be identifiable.

We want to keep the thread titles simple please! Thx!!

Nice announcement...but I'm noticing the Reply button on the diaries, is this normal?

Think that's for the diary writers to keep posting...reply shows up on everyone's screen, but only meant for the poster...

I called CPH yesterday and reconfirmed that each person's diary cannot be replied to by anyone other than the diary thread starter, so I think we should be ok.

Giving this thread a *bump* so that everyone knows that there is now a "CND Diaries" subforum and that you can create your own Diary thread.

Plz read the instructions/rules in the original post of this thread in order to know what's required.

I have finally started my own and have shared some of my original poetry and writing with you, as well as what my current thoughts are about where I'm at in this game. I'll share where I'd like to go in another post.

It would be nice to see others creating a Diary and sharing their daily, weekly, or whenever thoughts as Sir Odd has been consistent in doing ... great Diary there you Odd Bunny!

Ya I hope to get a diary going soon once I get my Silvermember status. Also just thought I would add that Sir Odd's Diary is the one that inspired me to make one. Keep up the good work everyone involved.

Glad to hear that you are now officially a "SilverMember" Grading ... will be looking forward to reading your Diary as well. Odd Bunny (OB) sure does an excellent job on his, and makes it really interesting to read for sure.

It's been a while since I added something to mine, but I'll be doing that very soon. The Spring Term ends on Thursday for me, so I won't have any teaching to do next week, I'm off ... YEAH. I can spend some time catching up on pic storylines, etc.
