Yeah, I meant to say thank you ND for your support with this. I know I already said it in game but I wanted to state that here too.

I want a portable ad system player!!! =)

I have a theory about this advert system, when you add your fee it is divided by the number of days you choose. Ads are then given a percentage per day depending on the amount in the daily ad pool.

If this is the case then it can be assumed that in the intial few days there will be a high amount of peds in the ad pool giving that you have put say 30peds in for 30 days. You have only 1ped a day where as avatar X put 30ped in for 15days giving 2peds a day.

So during the first 15 days avatar X's ad has say twice the chance of being seen as yours, however after the 15 days are up. No one adds to the add pool(not likely I know but to keep things simple)Then your ad will have a much higer chance of being shown.

The thing i am trying to suggest is that allthough your probability is low at the moment it may increase or decrease daily, My assumptions are that because it is early people have spent alot of money on silly ads but I dont think they will have used the full thirty days so given a couple of days the sillly ones will fizz out given you all that higher probability of being seen.

Now I havent worked out the percentages or read how the add system is meant to work, so sorry if this sound like a load of rubbish. So I would like to hear your thoughts on my theory

I think your probably right ice.

I think give it a week or 2 then things should settle into a more steady stream of real ads. you'll still have the odd weird one but nowhere near as much as now with ppl 'testing' the system :P
