    Responsibilities:

    Mining Division Manager:

    Responsibilities:
    - Management of the trading division
    - recruitment of division traders
    - Coordinating trade inside the division
    - Organizing and managing retail actions and opportunities

The mentioned above Division Manager roles require high leadership skills. All managers will be responsible for their divisions. With high freedom on organizing the internal structure, rules and codes, and maintaining their division. Each division can have separate branches (departments) and the division managers will be in the position to create them and recruit people for the position of the department manager.

High importance is placed on division cooperation and to fully benefit from the opportunities available division managers will have to plan together and coordinate activities. To give a simple example: the crafting division manager responsible for his crafters molisk teeth might communicate his need of 5,000 molisk teeth to the trading division manager which will dispatch a request to his workers to buy the required amount for a given price. Once the resource is acquired he will then forward the resource to the crafting division manager which will distribute it to the crafters which are in need. At the same time The crafting division manager might request the resource from the hunter division manager who will dispatch his forces to hunt molisks. He might coordinate the molisk hunting action together with the mining manager who will send the miners to hunt the now molisk-free area possibly rich in resources needed by the crafting division... if not they could be forwarded to the trading division which will attempt to retail those resources.

Such cooperation requires you to be capable of managing a group of people and coordinating the whole divisions activities. If you are the person we are looking for and you notice the great opportunity that lies ahead send your application via PM or e-mail idosunrider@op.pl

    Best Regards

dude, ppl have tried this time and time again. just get the right ppl in and make sure they dont leave... hunters leave pretty easily and cannot be compelled to hun molisk coz of traders needs, ergo less value than if they sold to market...
its great idea, everyone has something the other division needs, yet no one wants to sell for a smaller price... "buy low sell high"
i thought it could work... yet: traders trade in stuff they know, crafters craft what they are skilled in, hunters hunt what loots best. so u have to find a business plan good for all (ofc i didnt think too long about it as im usually drunk lol :P )

ps: i have to be drunk for a first post :P hope pollus will edit me and say WOOT ;D

The divisions in Quantum Interstellar would work like seperate socs occasionaly interacting with each other... im sure there are plenty just hunter or only miner socs which go around doing their thing... The division managers would be such "soc leaders" responsible for their division actions and people that belong there.

The difference is that Division Managers could interact for a common good ... Hunters could easily get rid of that fine hides or thin wool they always tt because of the lack of time to find a person to sell it too... the crafters would ocasionaly be in the position of not having to look for supplies again due to the fact miners would have some ores for sale that they need ... and im sure miners wouldnt mind to tag along with the hunters to mine that high density AoA area...

The thing that makes this scheme different from other societies is the way things are organized... the miners dont need to know what ores does each crafter in their soc use ... their Division manager would know what the crafter division manager need for his division... which would enable them to move their ores much faster to the other division (not necessarily selling for cheap) but taking out of the picture unnecessary resellers and speeding up the process would make it worht the try... other ores they are left with could be passed forward to the trade division not having to look for resellers and being able to take care of your own mining business ... it works the same way for hunters and crafters...

The division manager would take care of things moving around between his division and others... so if you need a comparison it would be like having seperate societies under one roof helping each other out from time to time ...
