Well everyone -- i would like to say that throughout the MMOWC i enjoyed the friendly banter between participants and the support that everyone got from others but most of all..........

I was their! it was quite exciting keeping in note that id never heard of the game before! Needless to say im dling the game now! A good way to start eh? Hell of a start eh ! smoke a grit and chat with 2 of the best players in the game. It was held at SCORPICO MULTIPLAYER in miami florida usa if you didnt know. Several of us were in the CND Main Disco listening to the live streaming feed where ND and Stryker were giving us a moment by moment commentary. They did an excellent job. ND and Stryker mostly dominated the commentary, and while I've had many occasions to voice chat with ND and listen to his interviews and announcements (he's an excellent speaker), I have to say I was very impressed with how Stryker carried himself.

All during the final, Stryker not only gave details and stats regarding equipment, dome logistics, and approximate loot accumulation, but he gave us a pretty clear picture of his view of Skalman and Neomaven as they sat there in the environment intent on winning it all.

If this wasn't enough, Stryker's avi was standing in the CND Hot Tub with a few of us, and was also watching the chat and responding both in chat text and in voice over the streaming feed to let those present at the finals know what we were chatting about in the club. Talk about multi-tasking.

ND too was full of his usual effervesence in his commentary and shared much historically regarding EU and players, and did an incredible job keeping us informed as to what was going on every moment. It was almost as if we were there. It was truly exciting and inspiring.

Big kudos to Force too as backup commentator bcuz he did a wonderful job of sharing his knowledge and assessment of the dynamics of this finals event, as well as paying respect to those who supported and sponsored the MMOWC.

Status informs me that he was "watching Mikah", and as was mentioned by Stryker I believe, Mikah was leaning over Skalman's shoulder at one time, so ya, makes sense that Status was watching Mikah (LOL) ... lucky her to be in the midst of all that intense testosterone.

Well, I think it's settled ... MMOWC 2007 will see more ingame players live at the finals, including me and the RipTure twins (Creature and Ripper) ... "C" decided I would put the tea on and we'd have a road trip. I'm about 3-1/2 hrs away, so that would be fun. Think I'll try to get Asti to join us, who is 2 hrs away from me now since the move to Florida recently.

It will be an event well worth getting ready for, and I have no doubt that Skalman and Neomaven will be back again next year to show what they're made of.

HUGE Congratulations to Skalman for being the "2006 MMOWC Champion" ... how much better can it get!!!

skalman has always been my favorite uber...maybe coz ive seen him in game and at that time he helped me out and made me feel welcome to EU but nontheless gratz to both for making that far and uber gratz to my favorite uber skalman

This has been an inovative way to spread the CND / EU names around and with the 2006 Champion now set means that the 2007 event WILL REALLY ROCK.

I was stood in the main disco Even letting fireworks off and there was an excellent buzz in there with everyone stood some dancing & buzz well what buzz douse best globalling on his crafting machine.

This shows that not only is SKALMANa very skilled player but the whole of the warents soc were involved and had fun.

Maybe in 2007 I can up my skills some more to actually pass through some of the prelims and get a standing.
