When there is an event run at cnd all participants of the event have to press C P PRNT Screen when they have the event windows
up - These are then posted up to the forum and a draw is taken place each month so that a shopping spree can then happen from these people


ND buys 1000 ped worth of items from the shops and then creates a thread saying that if you find an item in a number then it is swapped for X item - so say ND has an ore amp 103 - he runs around cnd and drops 17 me - player pickes up 17 me press C P PRNT SCREEN at the location it was dropped so that this can be verified that it was the correct amount dropped and then this is swapped for the prize item. Nd keeps a record of what amount of low price stuff he dropped and where but oin the fporum post it is just find random amount of ME so people cant cheat

This could be Huge as I am sure there will be players dropping stuff around to try and put people of but it has to be the number ND drops and the right place


Have 2 X 500 ped shopping trips - the shopkeapers that are members of the cndskac instantly have a free 500 ped draw as
they have shops there - There are then 10 X 50 ped prizes for players either at random or through posting on the forums ;P



Have a screenie of the month competition - Have say some one in there shorts running around a despletor dancing or something have c p of the entry and then ms9 & Cnd jsdge the best entries and offer the prize or just have a screenie verifying you were up at cnd that month


I gonna be hated for this one I would love to see more newsletters - I know we have events that are planned and its expensive to register them but
what would be really cool would be to have all of say octobers events registered now ( yeh i know itsa hudge hit out of the pockets of the promoters )
but maybe something could be sorted out ( do ticket sales go to the promotoers by the way ) Then we have a Huge push in october with all rvents on the newsletter
newsletter is done in pdf format and then distributed through the normal metheod and pdf'd and links put on all PE related forums showing what is happening &
how people can get involved - have a 1000 ped shopping trip some how given out this way - no screenies this time to get mor einterest in the forums but then look at going back to registered users

ND has a 1000 ped help fund - the idea is to support the shop keapers so lets say I go to a shop see an item and think hmm bit pricey and a bit over auction
there is a 1000 ped fund to allow the realityport members a 10% discount of 1 item every 3 months user has to press c & p to post the reciept if they want to claim a 10%
discount and then it is organised that this then gets paid back on X date & X Time in X location once a month. and that they can do this 4 times a year

Maybe even get offered a 25% Christmas Discount as been loyal residents of CND opon proof of estate dead / shop keeper dead again of 1 Item only.

We seam to have a lot of guests read the forum and not sign up for an account - maybe there could be a smaller shopping spree for new forum members - try and encorage the visitors to signup and post to the forums.

Not sure if this has been tried but am seeing around 20 visitors at the bottom quite a lot.

i think part of it is that for any contest it seems that the same people always win. i know you use "euromillions" or whatever its called but why should i sign up for something i most likley see go to someone that needs it less then me or other noobs like myself. on top of all of that at least for me, if i win a 150ped shoping spree on CND its going to cost me 20ped...sorry 25ped to collect it, and 25ped to get back planet side. just 2pec that might help as to why people dont do these draws...id love to see more and hell id really like to win one.

I think threads that Involve screeshots are great coz they give us a window into life at CND.

Also they provoke the community to communicate in the forums, which is valuable for us all..

I also want to continue to nurture the MALL, so i like the idea of the events trying into the mall.

The Quest ideas are fun...

What about this?

the Event organizer goes into CND MAll and Picks an item with a retail value of No more than 20 ped. And takes a screenie of the item annd the Shelf place with a date.

then during the month Participants look around the mall and post screenies in the thread of anything they buy for 20 ped or less

if they Have purchased the Lucky item. They Win.

This is not a labor intensive Game, its just a fun retail promotion.

I like the Quests ideas too. these could be altogether seperate events. worth thinking about.

Hi Eron, the reason I think the same people often win events up here, is because its a small community that is actually competing..

but please share some event ideas u think might actualy work for you or others in your position

Thats a good idea as then items are being purchased and not just screenied - It is quite hard to think of ways to promote the shopping mall.

If the magic item was not purchased then would this go in to a draw effect based on euromillions or similar or would a quest event say happen.

Then you may get a variety of different events getting people in and around the shopping mal at different times.
