I spent part of the afternoon and evening rearranging the bedroom with the new 4-poster bed, and then even built a private dance floor to kick it up a notch. However, before building the dance floor, we had a couple of guests to take a look at the redecorating. Thought I would share the pics.

First of course was Jet ... he stopped his globaling long enough to run up to the apt to have a look. Naturally, he had to jump into the bed, but what he didn't expect was to get glitched. He eventually had to "T" out.

Next, we had the "Queen of Air Dancing" grace us with her presence, and of course, she had to break in the woody log basket air bound. However, when Fliss showed up in her yellow and black, I was already wearing all yellow, so I switched out skirts to the black one, and then Moonie got into his yellow and black and we had a little dance. We became the official "BumbleBee Brigade" (BBB), which normally stands for the Better Business Bureau, but we thought dancing was better than business.

Later after I finished building the dance floor, we had none other than the "Royalty of the Rock" himself come check it out.

Moonie and I ran into ND in the lobby ... we chatted about the next themed event we'll be putting together for the 8th (mark your calendar ... 21:00 to midnite MA time) ... and then headed upstairs.

After taking a look, ND said that he's going to have Ian return and refilm since there's still time left, so that was cool. He said he liked the dance floor and that we should put together a list of everyone who has one in their apts. I said that I thought JD was already doing that for the ED site but we could also have one, so I would look into it and get with JD to coordinate the efforts.

After ND left, Moonie and I got on the dance floor and decided to check it out since I had just finished building it before ND's visit. The reflection of the light from the enblades made it cool ... thx Asti for the idea.

It was now time to go through our ritual of saying GNite and signing out, but this time it would be a little different. The "Star Gazing" sitting area was on the other side of the window, and now it was for just me and Moonie so it made it all that more intimate. I took a long shot of the room to give you an idea of how it turned out, complete with dance floor. Does it get any better than this?

Love makes all the difference
There are some apartments and houses I've seen, that were lavishly appointed. Everything was in its proper place. As good as they looked, they were cold ... sterile. No matter how many ped was spent, there seemed to always be something missing.

Look again at the pictures, and you see the missing element, there. It is as plain as the nose on your face. Aside from the room being set up just so, you can see and feel the motivation. This is no ordinary room. It is a place of, by, and for love.

Aviril ... the apt is back on "public" so anyone can drop in at any time. If you'd like to use the apt for your Sunday "After Party" then by all means go ahead Hon. Moonie and I are usually out and about when we're both on at the same time, and I think we're both going to try to make this Sunday's event. I had a challenge last weekend, but think I should be ok for this one.

Fliss ... yes, it WAS fun to have you visit last night. Who woulda thunk that we'd both be in yellow when you arrived ... we just couldn't resist the opportunity to have some fun with it.

Asti ... it's interesting you mentioned the "feel" of the room (in so many words), bcuz that's exactly one of the things that Moonie and I were talking about last night ... it just "felt" different. While there was always that element of togetherness when it was the other way, now it was a "true" togetherness in the way we wanted it to be .. from the "bed for 2" to only 2 chairs in the "Star Gazing" area by the window where we say GNite. Even the dance floor has 2 very distinct sections divided by a glowing light to illuminate our private "togetherness" ... so yes, it DOES feel different. Thx!

And thx to everyone else for your comments ... much appreciated. Everyone is welcome at any time ... we love company. And Fliss, your little "Ding-Dong, anyone home" routine was rather cute.

Wow really nice Mindstar, now there is a place for people to dance somewhat controled instead of running around and jumping on your tables :P
