    Hey

    I was out mining the day after the update, and i fund some thing and claimed it but when i wanted to drill it up i couldnt do it... i though if i did relog it would help but it didnt...
    I start runing for 1 min more and dropped a probe more.. fund something, claimed it but once again i couldnt drill it up...
    So i send a supportcase with a hope that i could get my things or atlest my probes back...

    Here is the support case

    Following the VU 8.3 makeover of the Item Info system, the control settings of the interaction menu for items has been changed. Once an item has been targeted, you will get Item Info as the default first choice from the interaction menu.

    We do understand that this might cause some initial confusion for some participants, but this feature improves the general interaction with items. To avoid problems while excavating, we advise you to either use the Quick Bar (default key B) or the interaction menu, by clicking the right mouse button.

In the Conditions of Use, it is stated that Mindark is not liable for the participant’s expenses or losses that may arise from the use of the Entropia Universe.     What a joke. That was a loss due to a MindArk change.

    mmm that aint good.

    I understand that the conditions of use may say a lot of things but if your going about your normal business and a bug prevents you completing anything like this and you have spent money to do it then i think at least that money spent should be given back????

    Sit on your fingeur and be carefull because it will go very deep.
    There a problem in the function we made , there a bug that make you loss money , we made that in VU 8.3 , and we are aware of it , we curantly are in VU 8.4 , but since we can hidde behind the eula , we wont fix it or find a way to alow you to play in normal yeah.
    But since we love your money , We will put vaselin in TT that you could purchase next time such a problem happen and feel better with out bothering us at support while we are in banana pause.

    well, I think MA are doing a good job with pe. Think about all the hard work they are doing for us. Ofc there will be a bug or two.

    Wow, that really sucks . Ah well, they made up their mind so their is no getting them to change their decision.

    One day, support is nice, the other day, they revert to acting as if they are new on the job...
