I need your advice guys. I want to organise an event on a land next week end (to win : appartment, guns, ...).

My problem : i want all people even low level, able to participate. Of course perhaps not using an opallo, but level 12-14 hunters must be able to fight againt the mobs.

Where can i organise this ? BAMF is bad spawn isn't it ? Any of you has an idea ?

At the moment the only real safe area for new players to hunt with opalo's is BAMF HQ.

Most of the other land areas have mobs that solo Opalo hunters can not kill.

A land area with all types of Vixens (From shy upwards) sould be ideal but alas I have not seen one.

How about low level Motorhead Security around Skull village? Not exactly opalo but not too bad either. Zombies might be more appropriate, though, with the mission in place the event kills will count. The LA with the biodome in it has a wide range of Zombies, near BAMF HQ TPs they are newbie friendly and the square north of the dome has tougher ones for a bit higher level players.

i will have a look to all this area.

Problem of opallo is that medium level players will use big guns and not chance to win for others :-(

Is it possible to limit the power of gun when i create the event ? (for exemple only TT guns allowed)

Nope, you can only restrict what type of weapons like melee/mind force etc. (not support)
The best thing you can do is to restrict to a certain amount of HP if you want to limit how skilled players can join!

Also about area, I think the best thing is to have it in an area where the difference in how big the different mobs are isn't that big.
Like in the BAMF area you have both dragons and zombies...

True there are dragons there but they are restricted to the dome and the odd spawn just outside of it. They wouldn't be a problem for this type of event, unless the players goes into the dome looking for trouble. The zombie population in this section is good for an event. The "upper east side" has only zombies of similar strength but very sparse spawn. It repops pretty quick so it could be good for an event with few participants expected (maybe 12). Even better with the HP's restricted as Amber suggests.

I was referring to the dragons in the south of that area, every mob killed in the entire BAMF land area counts towards events held there...

oooh ok, I was remembering that as a separate LA, sorry.... My thought is though there a dragons available for a limited hp event, who on earth would attempt them?

Too bad the vampirechicks spawn at the cathedral desappeared, it could have been a solution... The spawn was amaising and there was there any maturities, even evil ones. But the place isnt too big so far
