Dear ROCKtropians,

here comes the Around Zomhattan Cup - a boat race all around Zomhattan on 6 November 2010.

Such an event requires a lot of organization. There's need of volunteers to act as referees and helpers at different places. Would also be great to have a 2 or 3 people to follow the leading boats in their VTOLs.

So if you want to help please post or pm.

Also any ideas, doubts, suggestions, prize donations, ... welcome.

Official event announcement will follow in a week or two.

Awesome! Anthrax just got a boat and I plan on getting a VTOL as soon as the price drops a little.

Great Idea Tass, watch out for zombies by the shores. Ill be there for sure boat and all. We should have a boat show pre party or post party out in the water to show off all our colors and styles . And of course your NEVERDIE party animals would love to donate some prizes

Xarkon has a VTOL now too so should Anthrax be boating, I'll be flying - or vice versa Lol...

Yeah, great, bring prizes. It's not for the fun, it's not for the glory, it's just for hard PED.

During a scouting session I wasn't really able to determine the best location to serve as start/finish. So suggestions are more than welcome.

I think starting point should be from the PvP Docklands, running directly south from TP is water so pesky mobs shouldn't be a hassle there.

As it's a boat race, Docks seems the best place to Launch from and Moor.
