Which LA is this in and what level mobs are available?

This takes place on the LA that is now named ???. The LA surrounds the BAMF HQ and BAMF Headquarters TP's. Their are low level zombies to high level dragons on this LA. I will take a tour today to list more of the mobs that are there.

Most of this area has changed. Logan St and Upper East side used to be full of Zombie prospects, now there are upper level zombie outlaws.
