Event Suggestion.....Space Masters Challenge

A quick off the cuff Idea for a space related "put your stackables where your mouth is" combat event series.......SMC Series. Pleasenote, i am not going to initiate this event, but if anyone else can see the fun in this and feels up to it, please go ahead and take from these suggestions what you like and make it happen.

Event : Space Masters Challenge (SMC)
Target Audience : Anyone looking for a bit of potentially very rewarding pvp fun with a weaponed Space vehicle (Sleip v/s Sleip, Quads v/s Quads, Privateers V/s Privateers and same for MS) one on one or matched crews and looking for a bit of fun and potential payout.
Location : Lootable space
Entry Fee : Each participant who challenges another must carry on their person at the time of the fight an equal amount in stackables (low MU advised) in tt value to their opponent between the amounts of lets say 20ped and 1K peds. The winner always doubles their money.
Rewards : A chance to rise up through the SMC standings and be crowned the SMC Ultimate Prize Fighter + the required prise Loots of the losers per fight as you move up the standings.


Rules

Crews must be matched
Space vehicles must match
No Armour (Not that it matters that much)
Each challenger must prove they have matched tt value stackables (Away from TT machines and friends to each other and a SMC official)
No outside assistance during fights (Can be monitored and removed by official volunteers ) It may be wise to leave loot handovers to officials just incase of unfair outside assistance looting a competitor unfairly)
Competitors must face each other in lootable just off safe station and start the fight on the SMC's Go ! Not before


Ideally events of this nature should take place away from laggy stations such as Caly. RT station would be idea...what do u all think...doable ?.....leave your thoughts.


If anyone feels like making an event series of this nature...please go ahead and make it official. Im just here to make suggestions The idea for this came to me after a certain loud mouth copped out when i offered to fight him for 1k peds.


On a side not : I am open to matched challengers with or without this event.


DCF

I really like the idea but I am not prepared to take the reigns of an event of this nature at this time either. I can offer a willingness to work/monitor for anyone willing to promote it:

Thoughts:

Maybe move part of the event to plant side pvp allowing all vehicles smaller than privateers to compete, except boats, and room for spectators.

Instead of the need to loot, charge a flat entry fee that would pay for prizes. example: 1st could be Quad, repair tool, + ????ped , 2nd Vtol, repair tool + ???ped, 3rd land based vehicle, repair tool, ??ped Or even offer stages with separate entry fees for the chance for more winnings and better prizes, paying previous prizes in stackables. Round one 50 ped entry, two 75 and qualifying in round one, three 100 and qualifying in two, etc. Final in space. Crewed ships encouraged, Captain pays the entry fee and earns the prize(s).

Killing and looting mining spectators allowed and/or for pandemonium maybe have runners (no vehicle) with stackables as bonus prizes that only the current contestants can attempt to shoot and loot until the round has ended

It could even be done in an area with few mobs so everyone is encouraged to kill something with loot on it or maybe the beer garden has a enough room? I don't know if the kegs are still popping but this could remove the need for runners and kind of include everyone in a fun way.

My only real concern would be a possible lack of competitors, pvp not really preferred by the majority. Heavy promotion and stressing matched competitors might help. Maybe even allow hiring Champions from the ranks of the (willing) defeated in previous rounds. (Flaming Peacock loses to Hulkster, Hulkster advances but it is the end of the line for Flaming Peacock. However, as I am still in the competition I can work out a deal with Flaming Peacock to compete on my behalf.)

Yea i posted yesterday on PCF and saw yours there today and thought to pm u to see fi you wanna take this one forward. So im well pleased u wanna move with this. May i suggested adding categories for fights with min and max wagers placed for each except cat 3 which is no max. You could defo ellaborate on all that for sure.
