So here's a little info for the community...

Do I think the PKers Run Wild around ROCKtropia is good for business?

Not Really, which is why I encourage PK activity to take place in dedicated Zones.
I Like that Zomhattan is scary and filled with gang activity...

What Kind of Ambience do i encourage in City of Dreams, a Creative hopeful Vibe, where we may all join together tpo foster a new kind of virtual Community, interested in Music, games Dance, Film and the digital revolution.

Do I feel limited by the fact that ROCKtropia is bacicly a Gun Culture...

America too was once very much a gun Culture... It is now also a POP Culture

Gun Culture comes first, followed by Pop Culture...

I'm in it for the long haul... I hope ROCKtropia can be a Wildly diverse World capabable of sustaining and entertaining us all, in the meantime all we have to do is survive long enough to see the day!

If the backgardens are intended to be pvp, that is fine, but then you need revivals somewhere else.

There are people who now refuse to go to that 1/4 of the map because they dont want to participate in pvp activities, but that prevents them from participating in the activities that they do want to participate in(wherewolf and vampire hunting)

This is loose/loose for you, it doesnt matter if force and his gang bully at that tp anymore or not, the fact that a revival is placed at a pvp enabled TP turns off many people from participating to the extent they would otherwise.

I second Narfi's opinion. The Vamp Cathederal TP/Revive is a problem. If you a TP chip no problem, you can get out without interference by Rockstars. If you are a new player, you can't play that area without being stuck there killed over and over and over, trying to get from the revive to the TP. It ruined many team hunts for new players.

I know what your saying Morgan, But If that was an Issue before I Don't think it is now,
What I mean by that is when I first came up to RT, I went to vamps and walked to the TP and got pewpew'ed so to speak.

But scince then, If there has been an update for it or w/e then every time I walk to the TP then PVP is not activated.

Unless of course you go into pvp and then walk to the TP, Becuase dont forget you have a 30 second time on it being deactivated if someone is chasing you no?

I understand why some people might be upset by the RS for certain things.
but if you walk into PVP you have to expect to be killed.

Besides the cathedral is a nice spot,

Perhapse give newer players some kind of a immunity to pvp for a short while.

Like perhapse for one week of playing a new players cannot be PK'ed except in PVP 4,
Becuase lets face it if they go out and buy a toxic shot and go right into PVP 4 then well..
They can't complain at that!

Might take a little code to do but somthing to think about.
It would make it a little more "Newb" Friendly.

I always said, that if a game provider ads PVP it's meant to be used as PVP and then you can't have unwritten rules about not shooting or attacking other players.

Even though I have a chicken to pluck with Daisy for killing me when I log in lol ... I still find it somewhat fun and I do find, that the 'cultures' on RT is so much different and exactly ads something new into the game. It's roleplaying on a high level and it's beeing done with humour.

PoP/ROCK etc. is the main on RT of course, but I also do find, that having Motörhead as a main figure/band/artists - with the very bloody, rough expression - ads a natural 'unfriendlyness' to some areas. When I run around Lemmy's castle area, I do get the 'war'-'fight'-everyone against everyone kind of feeling - as you do when you play WoW (sorry, not comparing RT with WoW ) even though those areas are not pvp - and when you're around Zomhattan, it's like being a part of a zombie movie, and I like the scariness and the feeling of not being 'safe'.

Dunno, I can see why it's difficult for some to explore the Planet with those areas, and I also agree, that there should be more revivals and 'safe' areas inbetween the PVP areas.

I think force and the gang are cool and add an extra sence of danger to the planet

Totally with you man.
The population on Rocktropia will pick up quickly and this place will be bustling with Avatars, some here for the social aspect being the Music and Shops etc, while others are off doing something completely different!

I do love PVP myself, but being stuck at an outpost was worse on Calypso really.
I've had noobs PM me asking me to help them escape Vamps. Just as an Atrox would take time to kill/distract while said noob escapes, relates to the amount of time and effort being a human sacrifice for a minute takes.
This game's never been easy, it's about logic and your will power in the game to move past whatever lies ahead.

Wow it looks like my Poll drew a lot of attention,but I think I might have a temporary dirty solution to the No Shops problem if your able to make small land areas and by small say like oh 3 meters by 3 meters you could solve the shop problem real quick with the installation of a simple shopkeeper pad,because you can only drop them in a bit of realestate someone owns,but these spots could be rented maybe by the week or even day. Might be a quick solution that could be put oh say right around the edge of the Club tp circle.

I agree dude, Ive found scince vehcicles have been put in game, peopl have actually become lazy!,
I got stuck at outposts for hours on end surrounded by Trox, Or araneatrox! (Big Spiders) And back then Big Spiders were fkin hooge, and one shotted you reguardless of its level, although technically they still do.

I had no contacts to Calypso Rescue Team, Or anyone online in the Soc most of the time, and none around that could help,

So eventually I learned to watch for patterns in the mobs, And I also learned the agro distance of a mob very quickly,

It took alot of ducking diving and dodging, but in the end it paid off, and on the pluss side I got some extra skill that I wouldnt have got using a vehicle!

PVP Similar story, If you diddnt want to be looted or killed repeatedly becuase of decay or becuase its chuffing annoying, then be smart, avoid it like the plauge if thats the attitude toward it,

My advice to anyone who got killed by a mob and revived in a PVP area by mistake, If it is being guarded by any PVP'er Not exclusivly RS,
but Any PVPer just simply say, Hey I got killed while exploring, Anychance you could let me go on my merry way,
And be polite and not cheeky and there is no real reason that they would say no.

PVP 4 like I said is a totally diffrent story if you consciously buy a toxic shot, use it then tp into PVP4 then well thats just tough luck if you get beaten up and have your lunch money taken away,

Sometimes PVPers might have a giggle and if your in NON lootable,
Pop you a couple times just to display their Epeen.
But as long as you go along with the laugh, They wont do it forever,
But if people start shouting abuse and being rude and just down right disrespectful in the first place..
Then PVPers Shoot to kill.

but of course remember, If you get stuck in the middle of nowehere, and cant escape hit T and go to a revive
You if you get stuck at the revive, try to get out, If that doesnt work, Ask someone for Help,
If you cannot ask someone for Help then put a post on the forums asking for help,

If none replys then look up my profile, Get my Skype details and gimme a call and ill come pick you up personally in the VTOL,

If you cant get skype to phone me then your probably screwed.
