If you own a shop or bar in London this is an urgent message.

We ask that you remove any objects you might have placed in your shops or apartments and store them in your storage for the week.

A mini patch will be coming in the few days that will change the layout and configuration of the shops and bars in order to get them functional.

What would happen if I didn't empty shop?

I think tomorrow night should be fine. In order to fix the shops and bars we had to move their locations slightly (i.e a foot here, a foot there) to make them fit properly. We are concerned that it might cause some items to sink into walls so we want to limit that as much as possible by having the shop and bar owners clear them out completely. I should also point out this does NOT i repeat does NOT apply to ballister or any other apartment owners. That fix is coming next and we will notify you when its coming in.

All current shop owner have been warned except "Ketch" who I do not have on FL, Minor suggestion maybe add the Tangerin TP as default so all new guys have it

ok went to the shop rather than sleep !

Emptied all that i could.

The problem you mention with moving shop has allready happened. There are 35 items inaccessible to me after the last update as the shop may have been moved slightly. All items inside on the left wall are inaccessible i.e. behind the wall. I managed to grab the evil skull mask as it was sticking out of the wall.

Sorry to hear that. Can you put a case into support. Ill follow up with all shop owners personally with support to make sure you get your items back as soon as possible.

Ace from your inventory list in your account on the website, copy paste all the stuck stuff and ask Support to return them to your storage, or maybe just ask them to put everything you have on RT in storage, might be easiest

just saw this, well, I'll know what to do if anything is stuck, lol.

UPDATE
The patch is scheduled to go through tomorrow. Its extremely important that all shop owners get this resolved before tomorrow.
