The Auctioneer's Revenge

Its Halloween Time kids, so spooky things happen around this time of year. This is one such tale...

The Auctioneers in Entropia have been the silent type of people in game. They never do anything, they say a shallow 'hello' when greeted, and quite frankly I think they're fed up a bit. Seemed a while back they just served as scanner targets to players who had nothing better to do...


But now days they seem a tad more sinister...when you enter the auction houses now days, they stare at you. When you leave, they stare at you. When you are in your room, they stare at you...


Well seems they are really pulling out all stops. They are doing odd things...falling through floors, scaring away the young players and even changing form from time to time! Everyone must stay alert!


However, they have stepped too far out of line this time. While I was having a nice chat with Mindstar 9 one day, then all of a sudden the chat window went dead...what happen, I was thinking. Nah, nothing big.

Next day when I walked into the Jason Center building, this is what I saw...


The bloody Auctioneers had captured Star and made her one of them! Run for the shuttle docks folks, the auctioneers are invading!

I am ROLLING on the floor over here. That's too funny OB, just too funny, but let me assure you that I haven't gone to the other side.

However, visiting the caves and caverns beneath the belly of the cow at New Oxford gave me a scare when I turned up ghostly, so I suppose anything is possible.

If the auctioneers are keen on the MS9 hairdo, then they'll have to wait until Ms. Pinky unlocks it. In the meantime, I guess I need to be careful not to get too close to an auctioneer.
