D E T A I L S

EVENT DATE: Saturday, June 10th

EVENT TIME: 21:00 to Midnite MA Time

EVENT LOCATION: The "Acid Dome" of course ... Dome 2

ENTRANCE FEE:
This event comes with an entrance fee of 25 PED. Tickets will be available thru 1 of 4 "Ticket Agents" ... Blood Moon, Asti, Felicity, and Sir Odd Bunny. Except for Odd Bunny, everyone else will be planetside making tickets available to the community. These Ticket Agents are the only individuals authorized to sell tickets for this event. Each "Ticket Agent" will have 20 tickets available to sell. We are limited to the number of entrants in any event and have reserved the remaining 20 tickets for the event terminal. However, if you do not purchase your ticket thru one of the 4 Ticket Agents, the cost to register thru the event terminal will be 40 ped.

A G E N D A

1 - Once you have purchased your event ticket, you must be at CND in order to register for the event at the event terminal for Domes 1-5 in the fertilizer room off the Control Room. Remember to place your event ticket in the registration window and not your PED card. You must register prior to the start of the event or you will not gain access to the dome.

2 - Everyone who has purchased a ticket should meet at the North TP of Dome 2 at 21:00 MA time. There is a reason that this event is scheduled for 3 hours.

3 - Blood Moon (Moonie) will be in charge of assembling those who are interested in helping to build the dance floor. ND is supplying all of the wood that will be used for building the dance floor, and Moonie will distribute the boards in order to accomplish this task. Since the board will be provided by ND, please be respectful and do not pick any of it up. Thx!

4 - Here's where the first adrenaline rush challenge comes in, and also when the hunt part of the event starts. You must defend your efforts against the "red tea-spraying shrooms" (and the occasional green tea-spraying snablesnots) in order to build a large enough dance floor to boogie yourselves toward a potential prize.

5 - Once the dance floor is built, you must also defend your dance contest efforts against these MOBs in order to show off your unique dance styles and go the distance. Winners of the dance contest will be announced at the end of the event.

6 - There is more than dancing involved here ... the event system will be set up to keep track of the "highest single loot" achieved in this 3 hour party in order to determine a winner. An event ranking window will be visible so that everyone will be able to see who the top 3 contenders are. At the stroke of midnite, the event system will announce who the winner is. Remember ... the more you shoot, the more you have a chance to get that highest single loot. Armor is optional ... as is clothes ... but you can use any and all weapons, fapping is allowed, and you keep all of your own loot.

7 - The event isn't over at the end of the 3 hours, not by a long shot. There will be a "Midnite After Party" in the VIP Lounge and CND Hot Tub right after the event. The only way to gain access to this "Midnite After Party" is to purchase a ticket to the event. The Ticket Agents will get your full ingame name at the time of ticket purchase and compile a list for MS9. This list will be given to ND in order for him to add your names to the "VIP Access List" and give you entry to the continuing wild "Party Central" activities.

8 - ND has kicked it up a notch with the maturity level, but not to the degree that it will make it impossible to survive. It's a touch of his wicked creativity to keep the adrenaline pumping and the participants alert while testing our determination to go the distance.

Could this be a flashback?
This is going to be a real humdinger of an event. Dancing, fighting, red mist, sounds like a real rave party. I can't wait to see how it all unfolds, and how we can extract every miniscule amount of fun and hilarity out of it. Now I see that it was worth the wait.

This event adds the element of cooperation, something I would not have thought of as a component of a dance or hunting contest. Simply brilliant!

To be chosen as a Ticket Agent,
is to be given a vote of confidence. This very action, validates everything I stand for, and put forth, in my day to day interactions. Having gained the confidence of others, and the trust that can be elusive, is not an easy task.

It is with great pleasure, and determination, that I accept the opportunity to assist in furthering the CND cause. I have had more fun with the community than I could have believed possible. Now I can do more than entertain, I can tangibly help out.

Those Fungoids are really cool to hunt and all that red mist, at first made me think i had died lol :P

This is surely something for everyone, dancing, hunting, generally having a gr8 time

Me, Garb and C had thought of a Themed area of our shop which in future (when i have more free time:P damn work lol) will house a different 'theme' to correspond with an event or a dome :P

Since the fungoids came we decided that this would be a good way to start :P I have stocked the shop with 3 sets of goblin both male and female for this reason, we also have (maybe had havent been able to get on to see if its still there :P ) gremlin parts for a bit more protection I will try and get on a little more before friday and stock with more items for the 'themed' area of the shop so may help out :P

Sorry for the shameless plug but seems a fitting situation to 'launch' the themed area of the shop (located downstairs) not totally finished due to rl work atm but will be done soon :P

Woohoo!! What fun to mix things up a little. I should have known something like this was coming when ND was in the C-Room last week going on and on about hallucinogenic properties of mushrooms. lol I'd begun to wonder just how many of our funganoid friends he'd sampled!!

As always, Asti has captured beautifully the sentiments on what it means to have been selected as a Ticket Agent. I'm so happy to play a part in promoting our fabulous community and fun-tastic activities.

Glad you guys are finding this event interesting ... it's something we haven't done before and should prove to be quite challenging, but then that's what makes the adrenaline rush.
