Yeah. It is certainly a nice shop and the party was great.

Damn you Freyr, for being so good!

I promised myself, that I would stay in control, and buy one or two things. Seven purchases later, I was still looking.

If you see me at events with sharp new outfits, you can be sure I got them at Freyr's. He's my clothier of choice.

I know what you mean Asti ... when Moon and I arrived I soon realized that the color of the day (just about) was green and yellow. I already had my green and yellow outfit on with shorts, tank top, stillettos and rancher, but saw that JD had the exact same thing on in the male version, BUT ...

Freyr noticed that JD had the beret on and I had the rancher on and he wasn't havin' it ... SO ... next thing I know, Freyr is trading me and putting a female green and yellow beret in the trade window ... he said I could wear it so that I matched JD, but I said, no no no, let me buy it ... and I did.

I also noticed that Asti had done a little shopping of her OWN, and she too was sportin' the green and yellow colors. Well, Moonie came in his hot purple, but we like dressing in the same colors sometimes so I took a little trip downstairs to check it out and found a little sumpin' sumpin' for the Moonster too.

Thought I would share some of my pics of how cool this grand opening was ... the people were awesome, and the fact that a good lot of us were on TeamSpeak made it all the more fun.

I'm sure you can make out which ones are
Asti, Me, Moonie, and JD ... on the rail is Hooters (not sure who with),
while Freyr is looking for a specific hat for a customer (forget his name),
and Major Rage steals the show on the ad screen




Thought I would do a little close-up of the
green and yellow dance team ... Moonie looks like a Super Hero!
He even said that a couple of people called him "Moon Boy"




Cat showed us a bit of his dance style while Pollus had a
little one-on-one with Aviril. Freyr changed again into some orange
and yellow this time, BUT ... the BIG drool session came in the
form of Slick being goo-goo-eyed over La, and without shame!!!





People popped in and out and shopped and danced
while La kept the fire storm going to try to keep Slick at bay.




While La maintained the fire storm barrier against Slick,
she joined us in a little green and yellow number looking quite cute.
Even "what's-his-name" popped in on the ad screen to check us out.




I had gone over to dance with Steele and Seeker,
but then heard this noise behind me and turned to discover that
it appeared as if Slick had cast his spell over La ... what a sight,
JD and I probably had the same thought ... does she know that
Slick is the CND "Spirit of Mudkicker" ... we think not!





Later in the evening, several of us got together at Asti's
to boogie down on her new and amazing dance floor!

We had a great time being silly and dancing and having fun on Team Speak. It's a rare occasion when my CND staff partner (Pollus) comes out to party, so we took advantage of every moment and had a blast. We even asked everyone on Team Speak if there was something they would like to see at the forum. It was not only a fun night, but a little productive as well. Thx for the input everyone.

The get-togethers that we have at CND whether small or large just get better and better. The diversity of the interaction with personalities from around the world simply make it amazing. However, what's more incredible than that is the way that each individual brings their own sense of play into the mix that makes the experience wonderfully unique.

Never know what you'll find around the next corner!

The party was a blast, and such a wonderful reception for Freyr as he opens his new shop!!! He's worked so hard to get the shop just "perfect" before opening, and all his efforts certainly showed.

And the after-party at Asti's was great, too!! ... on her awesome new dance floor!!!!

And to top it off we finally convinced Star, Moonie, JetBoy, CPH, and even silly drunken Creature to join us on TeamSpeak for some laughs. Plus more of the "regulars," too.... How fun was that?!?!

Special thanks to Freyr for having a well stocked supply of mesh tank tops onhand. Praise MA for creating the tank top. Indeed.

As for CPH rarely coming out to party .. Hmm .. I don't know about in the past, but we may have cured him after that night .. he danced with us in the Control Room for quite awhile yesterday, it was quite fun.



On a more serious note, I think this event was a perfect example of how we can mesh our fun party spirit with practical business sense and really put our parties to "work" for us for a definite win-win. I adore the CND community and how well we all come together to support one another and really aid in each others successes. Keep up the great work!!
