Annoucing the first in my regular Friday night events on CND (other than the charity events which will now be the first Friday of each month).

This week's event is the Monster Rave Atrox Party, something for the more uber players out there. While we wait to see what comes out of that egg in ND's office, come and 'dance' with the big troxies in domes 19 and 20! If they get a bit boring or just don't dance too well, feel free to take on the other mobs in domes 16-20 as well. My notes say that those party crashers include Daspletors, Trilomites, Cornoanterions, and those awful slugs called Sabakumas.


Rules are simple: Highest Single Loot wins, no pvp for this event because we want to focus on the troxies, and that is about it!

Date: Friday, August 18th
Time: 21:00 MA until 23:00 MA
Place: CND Domes 16-20
1st Prize: 200ped
2nd Prize: 60ped
3rd Prize: 40ped

Discount tickets available for 15 ped from myself, Psycho Al, Sniper from Skillin Villians (usually in Twin) and my fellow Free Wanderer Greenie (currently on CND).

I will update this post if others offer to sell as well. Tickets also available of course at the dome terminal in the fertilizer room west of the control room for 20 ped.


After party at Beta South, 6F of course, and prizes for dance contest will be some free tickets to Klod's next Champions League events.

One final bump from me. Time is running out now folks, never knew there were so few in EU who could take the higher domes, but if we all work the old fl maybe it will be a bit more than easy pickings for a few. A bit like the excellent Champions League events, now is the time to prove you have what it takes.

Had a great time.... Thanks to all who worked on it, what a busy friday night that was......

Event went well, and seems that most had a fun time There were of course the usual grumps about ped loss etc., but I took note of all feedback about event settings for the future, things to add to the MA suggestions box etc, and all feedback is apreciated because all of my events right now are a learning process, and I hope to find what is going to work best and be of the most interest to the most players.

One thing I want to mention in all caps for future events is how important it is to take the time to buy tickets AND register them well ahead of time. The closest you should cut it is the last hour before the event starts, because the running around frantically trying to get tickets to people and explaining to them how to get registered right up to the point where I had to go into the domes for the event to start is simply no good for any of us. Those who end up not able to register a ticket, or to get into the domes even if registered because they arrived late, please take note of this for future (and some of you who shall remain nameless really should know this already )


Now, the winners of the Monster Rave Atrox Party were:

Our after party was also a lot of fun, and our dance winners were:

Special party thanks to LeeLoo, who is now our regular dance judge, Kahr once again for the rocking music and to Nisse for the cool special effects with the res chip, loved that one hon, and of course to Al for hosting. Thanks of course also to anyone who helped with the event in any way, especially the ticket sellers, who had a hard time finding anyone brave enough to tackle the big domes but kept working it.

Well done to all of you, and thanks tons for coming along, I do hope you enjoyed it overall. Sorry to miner I NEEDSOME MONEY PLEASE (gotta love that name), who was locked out of the domes and unable to get back to some of his claims that expired before the event finished, but big ups to ND for taking care of him on that situation. He didn't have to help, but chose to be nice, so that really should be noted. Thanks for sponsoring and all the support too, love ya Jon.
