EVENT THEME

Once again, the dance floor must be defended. Only this time, our efforts will be thwarted by the often coveted aphrodisiac served up by the Ambulis. This aphrodisiac excites, stimulates, and enhances our libido, and breaks down our inhibitions, rendering us focused more on dance moves and each other than on the thrill of the hunt.

Some will die defending the dance floor, while others will fight to find that elusive "highest single loot." Still others will go in search of the hidden treasures, but the common theme amongst all is to follow the pleasure principle and enjoy every moment at all costs.

TREASURE HUNT

6 items of like kind will be hidden throughout the dome.
Each of the 6 items will have a value of 50 PED.
(see Rule #5 for specific details)

Rules

1 - Whether armored or not, all participants must be wearing lingerie (preferably thongs) and/or boxers or briefs. You'll be taking them off ANYway once under the spell of the aphrodisiac, so we're getting a head start.

2 - Once again, this event is 3 hours for a reason. The first part of the event will see the dance floor built. It is our duty as event participants to protect the dance floor builders against the invasion of the Ambulis and the spell of the aphrodisiac. Once the dance floor is built, even the builders will be required to defend it. Judging of the dance contest will take place in the final hour of the event, and the winner announced at the end of the event.

3 - All hunting activity in search of the "highest single loot" must take place in Dome 1 in the spirit of the event. The event system will keep track of the top 3 contenders in the ranking window. At the stroke of midnite when the event ends, the event system will announce the winner.

4 - Tickets for this event are 25 PED each and available only through the 4 designated ticket agents as follows:

Blood Moon (Moonie) ... will be located at CND

Felicity Fortune - Hooters - Scuba ... will be located planetside

Please keep in mind that you must register prior to the event starting or you will not be able to gain access to the event. Take your paid ticket to the fertilizer room just West of the Control Room. You will find the set of Domes 1-5 on your right. Click on the landowner's marker, when the window pops up, click on the running man in the upper right corner of the box to open the event schedule window. Click (or double click) on the title of the event (on the left) to open up yet another window. Click on "register" and drag your ticket into the appropriate area. Clicking on ok should confirm that you are indeed registered.

5 - Treasure Hunt ... six (6) items of like kind will be hidden around Dome 1 ... what these six items are will not be revealed until everyone enters the dome for the event. Each item is the same, and each item is worth 50 PED. When an item is found, you must press "P" in order to get the coordinates. If you find more than one item, you must press the "P" for each and write down the coordinates.

Do not immediately reveal that you have found an item, but rather keep it to yourself until the end of the event when each of you will be asked to step forward and return the item to MS9 in order to collect your 50 PED. Anyone can find more than one of these items and collect more than 50 PED providing they have the appropriate coordinates when returning the item.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

1 - All pilots will be asked to register in a thread at the Reality Port forum in conjunction with the EuroMillions Lotto numbers that will be drawn on Friday, June 23rd. All pilots entering this draw must make sure that they will be available throughout the day on Saturday, June 24th in order to get the eligible passengers to CND on time to register before the event.

2 - The winning pilot will then be sponsored for 12 individual roundtrip flights from the planet to CND and back to the planet. Only individuals holding a valid ticket to the event are eligible for these roundtrip flights. A list of eligible passengers shuttled to CND must be kept by the pilot in order to assure that the same individuals get their flights back to the planet.

3 - MS9 will have a list of names of all individuals who have purchased a ticket for the event and will give the winning pilot this list of names as a check list. This will be on a first come first served basis, and the 12 individuals chosen by the pilot for these gratuitous flights will then be placed on a list to be returned to MS9.

You always have these cool events when I can't be online though.

Wanted to give this a *bump* and also let everyone know that a new contest will be added to this event shortly.

All you videographers get your cameras ready ... the contest will be a 30 second video of the highlights of the event. The winner will receive 250 PED.

Woohooo!!!!When MS9 teased me that this party would be "right up my alley" .. I never imagined it would be *this* awesome.

However ... given the very nature of this event and the aphrodisiac qualities of the Ambuli ...

It seems they couldn't wait for Saturday,
and decided to check out the aphrodisiac on their own.
By the looks of it, I'd say it's working rather well.




The Ambuli itself became aroused,
and it seemed that "Hooters" was his target of affection!




While Scuba was getting an extra dose
from the aphrodisiac-laiden Ambuli feathers,
Hooters was doing her best to soothe the savage beast.
In the meantime, Moonie and Fliss were off in their own zones!




Far be it from the Ambuli not to accommodate EVERYone,
he stepped behind Moonie and Fliss and prepared a special dose!




While Fliss was reveling in the overpowering aphrodisiac, and
commenting on how tickling the feathers were , Moonie was
glad that the Ambuli hid the results
of just how effective the aphrodisiac is!

Another awesome event, cooked up by those wacky Staff members! This looks like another "DONT MISS" event.

Unfortunately, I might have to miss it. That real life thingie might have me further than finger's reach from the beloved keys. I won't know until the last minute, if I can make it. If tickets sell out before then, I will be SOL! I am doing the best I can, to tame the RL monster, but that just doesn't seem to be possible, right now.

I know it will be the most fun you could have with your clothes on. Wait, you won't have your clothes on, so that limit is removed!
