Lost the bid on the apartment , so I spent every ped I had and went crazy (ok, didn't spend all of them, just made 'em into ammo rounds and probes ) Did some repair work on the ol' equiptment and armor, then did a bit of window shopping. I was looking around for some clothing items, hats and stuff, but instead my eyes gazed at the weapon of my dreams lying on the smooth oak table and I knew I must have it! I think I'm in love Not with who, but what, my new A&P Series Brave. Does nice damage, decay is low, and kills a berry young in 5 hits...ah! I'm now calling it, 'The Berry Picker'. :snajper:

So I took TBP and myself to the berry patch, blasted a new mob here and a few mob there, dropped a probe or two, nothing big but did get a little return. After about 30 minutes of hunting the message saying 'your professional standings has changed' or whatever it says, I press k, then I noticed my rifle standing hadn't changed, but my laser pistol did! I'm like 'What the?', becasue I haven't touched the laser pistol since last week! OK...a few levels away from hitting 1k laser technology...I know, it's a pretty useless skill to me atm, but I'm happy

Unfortunetly lagg was the worst enemy of the night, causing me lost shots and whenever I poped up the inventory screen, it would come up but not go away. Also kicked me off some, bah, not my computer this time! Also annoyed by the way I annailated the snables in dome 5, the enery bar was gone, they fell down but got back up! Couldn't shoot 'em, couldn't loot 'em, and the support case response was 'Are you expirenceing lag?' Well doy, of course I am! urplelaugh:

Today is what I would call...crazy (if you can belive such a thing)

Started with getting my hands a bit dirty and trying my hand at crafting a few basic filters. The one thing I left on calypso was my .7 basic filter, so I had to start fresh with a new one. About 500 oil and lyst, at the end I had about 2.5k basic filters, 100-200 ematter and metal residue, and two new bp's that happen to pop up while I crafted, can't use 'em worth a darn but they fill up the book a bit more.

Then used the rest of my 40 PEDs to go hunt berries. Man loot stunk today! Got back maybe 5 ped, which was enough to cover my last hunt for a few pec. I TT'd the rest of the ammo since I really couldn't afford to do anything else, bought some probes and sort of danced around a few domes, hitting two amples and an average. Dropped a few bombs in the good probe hits, was able to get 1 ore hit of some ore, now back up to 30 PED. Went to auctioneer to see if any new wares showed up, and what do i find but a brand spakin' new apartment deed for 6 ped, by none other than ND! The new section must of become available, so I went to sell my resources to go bid, but of course, some idot (mispelled on purpose) bid 100+ PED on it. Why must people jack up the prices so much?! Grr, makes me mad. Wish there was some way to buy an apartment with some downpayment, then pay part of the price each month/so until you pay in full. Make it so much easier to get my hands on one...

Also another dissapointment...put my two basic filters on the ground to see if I could make some tile stuff on the floor, go to grab some more, but the two dissapeared! I would have blamed a noob but nobody was around, so just a word of caution not to lay down any lose items!

Still not sure what to do with the remaining ped...hunting is bad, I've mined all the good spots that were left, and not enough to grab stuff for crafting. None the less, it'll all be gone by tommorw...

A bit of a continuation from yesterday's, l logged in last night from the control room to see a fistfull of orange newcomers all jumping and running around, while ND was there looking a bit dazed at all the energy. Can't blame him, the five newcomers were quite the hyper bunch, asking questions and looking for friends.

I decided to lift the weight off ND, so I made a team '~CND newcomers~, and told them to teleport to dome 5 north. Took awhile for all to get there, as they kept tp'ing to the wrong side or something, but we all got there, apprently ND or somebody supplied them all with opalos and ammo...pretty scary hanging out with new people with giant lasers. Told them how to aim and lock on to mobs, to not pk each other and to not be afraid of the loot window...its a good thing. I could only stay for a short time, but it was a blast hunting with them...teaming up on snables, all uniting against the exo's, and when somebody was getting wacked I took over the mob and fap'ed them afterwords. No big loots, but everyone got some pec and hides, so we all won a little.

I hope to see them again, maybe even take one or two under my wing as my first disciples...ah, reminds me of my first days back on calypso. Feels good to help out the newbies.

BTW, it's Jennifer, cat, and a few others who are new, say hi to them, they're hyper but nice people.

Drove up for a final today, passed by some moving truck, the company name was 'Global'. I just had to laugh at it. Would'nt even think twice about 'global' a few months ago, now I see and hear it daily. Still looking for 'HOF hauling services'.
Perhaps a sign for things to come?

Came home late last night, little after 11:00 PM from viewing MI:3 in the theaters, went to my room and popped the ol' HP on, logged in and who else but my dear friend Epictetus in front of me! Haven't seen him in weeks face to face, but I figure now is as good as any to catch up a bit. He reckon we should team on some snarks, I wasn't sure, never hunted 'em before I figure it's worth a go, so I repaired my goblin and took out some ammo, Epic made the team name and took me in, was about to TP from the control room to dome 14 when I felt somebody slip something into my back pocket. It was Slick, but being the peachy guy he is he gave some more ammo before given us the ol' heave ho out of the room so he could keep oogling at the chick in the corner of the room (we all love ya Slick, just stay out of trouble )

I liked the snarks, but they didn't seem to like me, as goblin doesn't do too well against 'em, but Epic was a good pal in taking most of the hits and fappin when I needed. Twice I think I had like 1 HP left and was sure dead but he either got the snarks attention or fapped me, so nobody died in that dome. Unforutenlty the loot was worse than getting sprayed by a snable, so we hiked over to dome 7 with the exo's.

Those were a tiny better, as the loot was still low but more constant and my armor was more suitable for combat with them. Every once in a while Epic would stop to PM people or take care of RL stuff, so to use the time I bought a few probes before we left to hunt, so I'd drop one whenever he did one of our random stops to see if we could get something better. He went afk for a minute or two so I took out the ematter finder and dropped one, actually found a modest force nexus, but at that time an exo old alpha came 'a stompin and I knew I was pretty much lunch . Alphas I could handle but not these bad boys. I took out the berry picker and just kept shooting, knew I was going to die in the process but I wasn't going to let the bugger go down unscratched. Was actually doing decent unil that crital 30 hit, by that time Epic had returned and was still looking around thinking I ran off, found me just in time to watch me become bacon bits. Came back as soon as I could to go clear my claim, didn't know the size of modest but apparently it's around 5.6 PED. We hunted for a bit more, but loot was still bad, so I suggest we downsized to dome 3 with the berries. Perhaps smaller is better? One way to find out. Still nothing big, but we did manage to wack a berry for about 5 PED or so, our biggest of the night coin-wise. After a while more he decided to log off for the night since it was late and running out of ammo...about that time it was a quarter to two, but I still had a bit of ammo left, so I hunted for a bit more and got some ped and got two cans of brown paint from a berry. Normally I wouldn't think twice but the two cans had TT of 1.40, so those must be rather rare , selling them to whoever wants them.

When you can create it?

Haven't been collecting berry parts as a hobby, but seeing as I hunt them daily it's become quite hard not to come back with a few body parts. Sort of stumbled upon it myself and hear parts from forum conversations to put the parts in ematter refiner. I have some berry claws, a few hides and the refiner accepts them. However it appears to be missing pieces...perhaps a third piece (if not more?) i'm not aware of? Be cool to jump-start a bit of genetics, as should future need of a mob arise I might be able to help. So many questions, so few resources I must shove a bit of my own resources to those who can help...for if I know what I'm missing and acquire and sucessfully make DNA...big $ in the auction market.(Now I know how difficult it is for deathdifer for finding lose corn parts) Going back to the berry patch tonight to do some more investgation and hunting (since the mining ATH, hoping hunting will be a bit fuller...) Perhaps tonight Lootius will relize she's missed me since day 1?

Would have showed up to the dance party but after being there for some time the lag was insurmountable (showing like 3 FPS), not to mention the quick flickers of the lights set of a little headache, so I had to boggie out... (not that I'm much in fashion either , the boots are about the hippest thing one me)

Not much of a party goer but this one was fun
Worked during the time the party was going but amazed to see it still going strong 5-6 hours later when I was able to log in. Was able to snap a few pics, and post 'em here so you can see even though I wasn't able to color my clothes, it didn't matter with all the technoligts Poor Creature was trying to hit on all the females there, just can't take no can he

After some time dancing and trying to find some dance grove I broke off to do a bit of hunting (actually halfway making good time eating through the rifle skill). Of course nothing big, but like every other kill the message 'your professional skill has changed, blah blah blah', the 2nd and 3rd skill kept bouncing back and forth between plasma, blp and guass sniper, which is 'crazy odd', seeing as I've never fired a shot of any of those weapons, and yet there they are...

Hunting didn't do much, so I sprung for some probes, hit a poor first hit then no hits the rest rest of the night. (Note to self: Stop after first hit, always go downhill afterwords!)

yeya, only 1 final left, and it's gonna be a breeze! The door to summer break is almost here, and now with EU my summers may not be so boring after all!

Did some more painting yesterday...got more skills but the boots are still gray...now I actually belive one needs 10k cans of paint to get good! Kept gaining dexterity...looked it up, it's used for body movements...movements with coloring?! Who knew? But then I gain intelligence when I mine, but I lose it shortly afterwords

Started hacking away at my new event...it just might work. Was huge dud back on eudiroa, but with a new location and time perhaps I can get more than 0 people to particpate urplelaugh: Epic did bring up a good point about keeping part of it for myself...I always thinkin' of everybody else before myself, silly me Being the little dung-slinger myself I'll enjoy seeing how this turns out.

What else...something...ah yes! New MIH coming up, this time at a better time and date, you crazy dancers better watch out, you ain't seen nuthin' yet (Though don't expect me to come bearing a big spiky club) All the dancing the last two nights took a toll on everyone I suppose...by the time half the dance partners had to drag their buddies through the next tune I knew it was late for me even:sleeping:

If you haven't heard (which you most should've by now, news travels fast within the CND bulkheads, whther you like it to or not! ) Klod and a 'mystery person' hooked me up with an apartment. Beta East, 4F. It's quite large and quite nice, perhaps in the future I can make it a shag pad (yeah baby, yeah!) lol...quite a surpise, must say I enjoy the little party we had last night...

Logged in to check out the new dig, quite nice it was, then TP'd to the control room to grab some probes...but ol' epic and Co. fired up a dance groove and I just couldn't resist MS9, Asti and Blood swung by and decided to throw a little party for my new dig. Then Felicity climbed on Epic's shoulder and the place really got going! As you can see I was already breaking a sweat, so I took off the heavy wool shirt. Felcity kept contemplating what she was going to do with my hair once I get it trimmed ('Red, big hair' she kept saying...)

Now you know I can't dance without my backup probes, so of course I whip 'em out and do the jig. Too bad epic had the boggie out early, he missed a good show.

Must say, we had some rather fine lookin' booty out on the floor I pumped some weights before I came so I decided to show off my guns to see if any of 'em took the bait, but they were too busy busting a groove...we even got Moonie to pull out some fireworks for the celebration...never a dance without fireworks!

Was cool that two of my soc mates were in-space as well, so I waved them over to join us. Stranger was throwing out balls o' energy while Cherries was mixing up a batch of wormhole-sweat ME to liven things up a bit...she's a sweetie, gotta give her that.

Then I thought I was done...but nay! MS9 decided to give out some gratz whippings as she asked me to turn around to see what Dirk was doing...very sneaky MS9! (Mental note: keep the eyes open next time she says that...)

Crazy night, I wasn't thinking I would make it, but the final finished early and I was actually 45 minutes early, which was cool. The club was already packed and getting more so as the time got closer. The time came finally, so seeker and MS9 cracked their whips and got the dance place empty execpt for the 32 peeps who signed up (yours truely being one ) I commenced to shake that ass for over 3 hours, whilst being enterianed by the mouth of Epic and Slick...the place would be SO boring without those two. Just hoping I got a few seconds of fame for the TV...

The time came and went, then six guys and gals were left, seeker whipped me off stage Bah, oh well, had tons of fun...somebody was yelling oddbunny for prez, thx but I'm busy enough

Three winners were picked, plus a special one for my dear felicitly...she's just one big party girl I tell ya

Afterparty rocked too, must've dance for another 3+ hours (my feet were fine but my fingers were killing me!) Even got a dance from Felicity, Asti AND MS9...hottie! Look forword to that storyline...

Woke up in my apartment, couldn't feel my legs from the prev. night's danceoff, so just to save time and pain I just 't' 'ed it out and hit the floor of the lobby. Ran off to the disco to see if anyone was left, looked up to see J D and Fel still dancin' in the hot tub! Dam I hate those youth. But apprently they fell asleep in the tub and ND came in later that night and locked the place up, so they were stuck

J D had to leave so standing on the 2nd floor I took out my arms and caught Fliss as she jumped from the edge of the catwalk. Nobody else was awake, poor epic was still doozin' off on the dancefloor, so me and Fel ran off to the Control Room to stir some trouble

Apparently Fliss has some spikes in those heels of hers as she almost immeditly jumps on my head and starts to do the tango. How she does that...who knows it's hot though, give it that We were swingin' for a while, beki dropped by and did some dancing, Epic finally dragged his butt off the floor and showed up to do some sight-seeing...wasn't at the stars though...

As usual people just can't resist an OB ass shakin', as we soon had a small crowd doing their stuff with us. Epic came by whenever he died, did a jig and ran off hunting again. We even lured the one and only CND couple from south Beta to come down and party a bit.

Apparently according to Fliss (my comeback for her calling me crazy rabbit:bunny: ), it's customary to throw a housewarming party, so the weekend of the 21st I'll come up with something. Today she goes back planetside won't be the same without a buddy to dance with who refuses to travel with less than 12 dates urplelaugh: Come back soon!
