Hello Jeff !!! If you want to get promoted you can take the help of social networking sites(something like YouTube and Facebook), . As everyone likes to be on them, you can get connected to people through them. It will save your money and you will get promoted. But if you had already tried this one you can also approach some online websites which promotes music. Even you can also get their help in productions.
