FUNGOID Tea anyone???
Anyone hunt Fungoids? Got a DNA any suggestions where it could go and what maturity??
the only thing I know about them, is they are too spread out to hunt on ameretha
they might be good to hunt in the Domes?
Ideas Plz

Met those beastys a while back..quite nasty if I remember
hmmm...all the domes are quite packed already, I'd suggest dome 1 but that's where I mine often and have enough trouble with the amiliax, lest I need one more thing to worry about...I'd place in #20
but that's my mere two pecs :money:

Oh cool, another MOB for the domes ... however, I don't know what these boogers look like or where they are on Amethera, but whatever they are, I hope that the maturity will be something that mid-level hunters can deal with. It would be nice to have something different, and let's see ... where to put it ... I'm thinking maybe 10 with those Prancer Punks, or even 11 where there's not a great density of Longu right now ... but would like to hear what everyone else has to say.
Can anyone post a pic of what this MOB looks like?

Fungoids are fun to hunt, and would be a great addition.
Personally, I don't think dome 20 is the best place to put them, because there is already a sweet balance with trox and coro's there.
17, 18 or 19 would be better, imo. Not saying that Daspletors should be removed, but is there a need to have Dasp in more than 1 dome?
After all, daspletors take 6000+ dmg to kill, and hit harder than a motherf****r...
I'm sure you will find a good place for them, ND.

Well I guess that sets it straight for ME ... seemingly another uber MOB, and with Ambuli maturity raised, fewer domes to play solo in.
But I'm sure that it would be a nice addition in one of the domes that have the Daspletors or Cornos or Caperons, etc.
Thx for the link to the pic Fliss, it's a cutie ... looks like something I would see in the Walt Disney movie Fantasia.
I'll get there one of these days!

Its pretty easy to find a good spawn of fungoid on amethera now actually. Only young-mature though, so the higher maturities might attract some hunters, since they drop quite a few boar-parts in globals.
They arent overly agressive, attacks within inner circle on radar or something like that.

I think he was talking about the dasples
fungoid young-mature have ~500hp, and are pretty easy to kill solo for most people. Besides, it would put all those goblinparts looted from snables to a use, since they do 100% acid-dmg

Ahhhh ... thx for clearing that up for me!
They ARE cute, and wouldn't mind playin' with them a bit if possible, so let's see what maturity ND sets them at.

Yeah, the fungoids are actually quite easy to kill. Since more dna parts are dropping, perhaps it is time for you, ND, to consider making some "specialized" domes, ones which have specific type damage, such as an acid dome with fungoids and high maturity snabes. Just mytwopecs.
