the plan is to skill in taming, not to get the pets themselves. For this you need a concentration of high level mobs. I haven't unlocked daiki prowler / stalker so exars are the thing for me. The reason i have come to the ateroid is because there are high level mobs arranged in biodomes and i don't have to spend 1/2 hr searching for a mob before getting 2 lvls of skill.

just been in 07, there was 1 stalker and i tamed it on the first attempt. It was soooo much better with all the big mobs there. Can't it just go back to how it was? I can't understand how any decent miner has a problem with stalkers, i tame in clothes and haven't exactly got uber skills.

If it takes me ages to find the 1 stalker in the biodome i may as well be on calypso with my mates rather than in exile here.

I was there tonight for hunting, and there where more than 1 prowler.
but not to much for me.
so the adjustment NEVERDIE did was got for me, and good for taming i think.

there were a few prowlers and the occasional stalker, but very far apart. When taming, you need an endless cycle of the highest mob available to you to get any decent skills, preferably 2 or 3 at a time requiring a good high density. The situation yesterday was beautiful, i was in taming heaven. now i might as well be grinding out the snables east of argus.

It doesn't sound like there are a lot of dissenting voices about maxing the dome, maybe just the 1 miner getting upset about a few peds of armour decay while he carpet bombs the dome.

can we have the stalkers back properly?

I'd be fine if he upped them a little...but I don't want a dome full of them...there has to be something for a not-so-newb newb.

Up there at the moment - only one prowler and one stalker in 1 hour ... please up the density of stalker/ prowlers!

Well letme just tell ya , its pretty damn expensive to maintian these stalers, just for you tames so i hope your doin some hunting up the re too....

Out of curiosity NEVERDIE, can you see where your income comes from, be it hunters or miners?

Personally as a miner, I spent 2 days on CND and mined about 4k peds of ore, which is 200 peds in taxes. While that isn't a large amount, I am only one person. If you can tell us which of the two gives you more income, it'll be easier to decide who should have more voice in these low level domes. Else, I don't see an end to this descussion.

but actualy there is no tug of war here between hunters and miners i dont think, Im just trying to accomodate a few Tamers...

so far everyone seems fine as long as thewre are not too many Stalkers and Prowlers..

Yell if there are too many and I will reduce again!. Tamers i think this is aout as many as yer gonna get..
