Phase I prices were low and intended to quickly establish a community at the Resort.
Phase II prices are guaranteed for the Next 40 Apartments.
Phase III prices will be greater than Phase II , but the exact amount has yet to be determined.
*** A new sales office will be established after the shop Deeds are made available.
For the time being there will be no New apartments available via public auction
